Ibis Style Surabaya Jemursari is a great place to stay for your vacation in Surabaya, The staffs are nice and friendly. They have many kinds of delicious foods for breakfast. The room is comfortable and quiet. We got a free crib for our baby. It is a definitely satisfying staycation

Chose the hotel for the location, which was close to my business schedules. It's a great value hotel. Good breakfast for an ibis styles brand. Nice and comfortable room. Attentive staffs too! Would recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel on Jemursari strip. I think the hotel also has a back access to the road behind it, which should be a plus point too.

Value for money, clean, efficient service”

Ibis Styles is conveniently located - relatively near to Juanda International Airport, as well as the city centre. Staff are helpful in clarifying any queries i have and service was efficient. The facilities (rooftop pool, gym) and room were clean and definitely value for money. Bonus: the beds were comfy!

I love Ibis hotel service. the breakfast was good, but, maybe because I came there during fasting month, so the meals were not so many, and it seems that the meals were not fresh, especially the pudding and the fruits ( many small flies were hovering on the pudding and the fruits ). However, it was so nice that I could enjoy fruits tea flavor ( Tong Tji tea fruits fusion ). Additionally, the slippers provided were cute.

Second time staying here. Never failed me. It's my go to hotel for South Surabaya area. Excellent value, good facilities, good breakfast, easy access, and also close to restaurants/supermarket (your necessities). A great business hotel!

For a three star hotel they had five star beds. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on and we usually stay at 5* hotels. We stayed overnight to connect with our flight out of Surabya. The staff we very efficient and friendly and the hotel was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. The pool deck while small was very nice. Great hotel at a very good price.

Nice hotel in the middle of Surabaya. Easy to get taxi. Breakfast is very good. Although not many food area near the hotel, but you can find pizza hut for just 5 minutes walking distance and mini market there.

Value for money ”

With the amount of money, you get a good room, good enough to not feel Budget like pop hotel. Water pressure was awesome, bed was really comfy, air con took awhile to cool the room but it’s alright. Decent English channels, pleasant staff. Comes with a great pool as well. New gym equipment, I would love to go back. However, location is at least 20-30 mins car ride away from town or any other attractions. To me, a very good place to quiet down and wind out. However, I do not recommend the massage.

Clean, Nice Hotel and value for money. ”

I was spending one night in this hotel with my family (2 child). Room is quite small but it's ok comparing with the fare. Hotel is clean, staff are nice and food are ok. Will like to stay on this hotel again in the future. Room is quite small if you are bring older child.

I was stayin at Ibis Style Bogor n the room n the view was spectacular. That's why we choose ibis style 1more time for surabaya. but the room was small, ashes on the floor when i first get in to the room. the room service r a bit dissapointed. sometimes they dun refill the coffee n stuffs, which i hv to ask for a couple of time. i was workin from my room, n decide to hv a lil nap. n the door was knocked, some1's comin with her key. she was the same person who clean up my room earlier n said she wanna clean my room. i think they need an online system to see which room are cleaned which room aren't. coz the day b4, i leave the 'please clean my room' sign out of ma door, n being out till noon n came back without a clean room n i hv to call room service to let them know they might forgoten mine... server at breakfast time, they deffinetly needs more motivation :) except the cheff, 1 of them r seems to be the smartest n extra intuitive. But the bed n pillow r legend!!! i super like it. n the working desk r confinient. also reception r doin great. so pretty much i can say, fair enough

I didnt expect a service this good for a price that low. I love the variety of options in the breakfast buffet, ranging from local to international food. Gym and pool are small but okay, sufficient for a quick workout. will come back again.

We late check in and early check out, not much things to do in the hotel, because we are too tired for the journey from malang.. but the room is clean and the staff was helpful.. nice stay!

New hotel with nice design”

The hotel is new and so are the staffs. Workflow was not as smooth as it should be, but still ok. There are some 'new stuffs odour' that I don't quite like in the rooms and hallways; typical new hotel. Some amenities are missing and we had to ask the staff to bring it to the room. The positive surprise is the food we ordered through room-service and the breakfast menu. They are delicious!

We just stay for transit, late check in and early check out, not have too much time to enjoy the hotel, but the room is clean, and the staff is nice, nice stay!
