Comfortable with the room and the price offered”
Spacious room, clean, comfortable, beautiful. Worth the room price offered. The hotel staff are good, friendly and very helpful to provide information, the location of the hotel is close to places of interest in Kelantan. Only housekeeping needs to be more sensitive to the items provided in the room because from the beginning I entered the room, bath soap was not added and left empty. The bed sheets are not well made. Need to be more sensitive to relevant things when tidying up the room. A lady which is FO staff need to be allert when people rang the bell. Every time the lady on shift, if you’re back from outside and rang the bell for a few times, still she wont open the door even though no customers are at the counter. Other customer who pass by will help to open the door from inside for you. Pleasee be allert cause a few times that I’m just coming back, holding my baby and waiting a long time to get someone to open the door for me. Other than that are just perfect.

The Ibis got a nice location close to the river and close to town. The designs of the rooms and restaurant is modern, fresh and very practicle...the pool area on the roof deck with a kind of little garden is lovely and has a amazing view! The staff is very well trained, super friendly and helpful. I have no complains about the hotel and seriosly its hard to find a Hotel with this standards to low price like Ibis Kota Bharu...more than value for money! I hope it will all be maintained over the years...and I am sure this hotel will be a succes! Thanks to everybody who made our stay so pleasant!

Overall is good. The staff is very friendly, the food is great...they have a great in room entertainment too. Quite a lot of movies to choose from. You will feel welcoming when you see your name on the tv screen. The best, for modern and humble stay!”
I loooove it! this hotel suits my escape stay. It is modern, cool, but in minimalist way. Its location is conveniently near to shops, restaurants etc. I like the fact that they provide us with coffee machine in the room. This hotel also has small but cute cafe for outsiders too, in-front before lobby. The rooftop pool view is superb! The staffs were very friendly and give much assistance as per requested. However, the parking area should be upgraded. Because the road is still bare with rocks and sand, and no roof. Basement parking is very limited.

felt in love with ibis kota bharu. definitely will come again as my 1st preference hotel to stay at. watching movies for free! i was great by modern concept room. forget about the parking bay security level (might be they provide the guard but i haven't seen them at all) as i am satisfied enough as ibis treat me well from the first step. the only complaint is about the temperature at air-conditioning breakfast place is too low as i was shaking while having my breakfast.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. I ordered GrabFood to the receptionist and the staff helped to send food to the door. Breakfast is sent and left at the door to minimise contact during MCO. You get to choose either American or local breakfast. Pretty generous portion. The hotel is used for quarantine of offshore workers I think if you're concerned but I see they do disinfection. Room is clean and comfortable. Good heat and pressure on the shower. Internet is good for online meetings. Would come back again if I'm in KB for work.

3 days stays in this hotel, location near to pasar siti khadijah, got 7 eleven and self service laundry nearby. Parking located outside of the hotel which they should make good of the road conditions. Other than that its a good place to stay.
