We live nearby and stayed only for a fun,restful weekend. Our daughter loved the pool and the comfy bed. There was a group activity for kids to join too. The staffs were nice and very accomodating. The food was just so so, but we liked everything else. Thank you Ibis!

Hotel service is great especially during the handling of the lost of equipment in the meeting room ( forgot to take out my personal HDMI tool from the cable of LCD Projector ). I just call Mr. Anbya , one of the the hotel staff and he promised to find it immediately and phone me back just within 15 minutes .He found it and promise to deliver the equipment via courier directly to my home address.....I'm so happy

I booked two rooms on Agoda for family and arrived to find reception had no record of the booking, despite showing them the booking receipt. After half an hour waiting in reception whilst they sorted it out they finally let us go to our rooms. The rooms are small. Very small and the bathrooms are strictly one person. Although well appointed there is probably too much furniture in the room for its size. The bed felt like the sheets werent clean and we asked on our second night for clean sheets, and they obliged. The breakfast is included and quite good but we had a problem with the WIFI, It couldnt be used, almost non existant. Very good water pressure in the shower, but only a trickle out if the toilet hose.

I lost count how many times already we stayed in here because it's so close to our son's uni. Decent room with decent facility and service. But one thing never change. I'm still disappointed by the breakfast. If only it can be better just a little, I would gladly give more stars for the review. But I probably will keep coming back to this hotel as long as my son still studying in close by uni, while start looking around for a better place to stay...

They left the room untidy and not clean”
I was a bit surprised that this famous franchise hotel could have those kind of careless housekeeper who let the room for new guest in an untidy yet in a quite messy condition. They let the brankas opened, quite dirty bedcover and blanket, no fix telephone installed so we can't call the receptionist once we need instead we have to google the phone number and call them by usingnour own phone. Small amount of rubbish that left on the bed side table from previous guest. But since the price quite cheap, so no wonder. But I think cleanliness is a must for however the hotel rate are since it's a basic rule for every kind of rent room. Please hired a professional housekeeper so you could left a good memories for the guests who stayed. But for sure, will not coming back for a while until I can make sure that the cleanliness are being reviewed. Thank you.
