This is the second time we stayed here. The receptionist really nice. Also, the room on clean condition. However, we can’t find bell boy to help us pick up the luggage and had to ask security to help us. Aside from that, there’s mini market, Manado restaurant, and coffee shop near the hotel.

Place are so clean, even i used smoking room it didn't smeel, maybe because of good air circulation. But wifi still poor in some space are in my room

Actually it was ok, but..”
I think my room was not clean enough. The headboard was stained with something white. Ewww.. the toilet has urinated smell. I had to clean it using wet wipes my self. For breakfast I have to wait around 25minutes. Even though I already called before went down. Reception ok, coffee ok, i also ordered lunch in room. The aglio olio was delicious with generous seafood. They also use the standard for Covid-19, I feel more secure, I guess.

Everytime we check in at the hotel, staff asked for ID card to be copied. I forget to ask back and they forget the ID at the copier machine. I stayed overnite, they don't even bother to call to my room, neither when I checkout at noon the next day. 4 days went by, they don't even give me a ring nor email me....... that is not responsive. Day 5th after the stay, I give a call to the hotel, they said yes the ID is here at the hotel.

The place is near big road so easy to find supermarket. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bad thing is the internet connection, not good and somehow your mobile connection not good too

This is my second time stayed at this hotel, the water still smelly. Soap is empty, shower a little bit broken it seems because hot & cold water sometimes stuck. You guys seriously needs to check on your bathroom situation. The food & drink is recommended.
