Far away from train station”

The hotel is very far away from Bercy station which requires you to take a bus or a taxi. The front desk staff was a bit less-trained and cold. In general it was a clean room and good breakfast. The room cards were horrible, as you need to activate it everyday. The elevator is too small and somehow the stairs are locked.

Good for short visit!”

We used this hotel only for several hours just to have rest and change. Good for that purpose. Tiny rooms with comfortable beds. Super beddings!

Noisy unrenovated rooms ”

This hotel does not fulfill Ibis standards. I've been to many other Ibis hotels elsewhere and rooms are always basic but renovated and clean. Here the furniture is so old and rooms look depressing. The walls in the bathroom were durty. When we arrived we noticed terrible noise coming from a large ventilation. We asked the receptionist to change room and showed her video from the noise which could be heard even with closed window. They gave us new room without apologizing for the noise, as if it is normal their guests to be annoyed just because the hotel doesn't want to invest in a ventilation that would not be disturbing. In the new room, we could hear the noise again. Basically, it is so loud that all rooms with windows from the back side hear the noise. I will never come back here again.

Sincerement decevant. Ayant fait des etudes d hotellerie et tourisme et desormais travaillant a l etranger je peux vous le confirmer le niveau n y est pas. A l arrivee receptionniste inexistant ah si veuillez m excuser il etait derriere le rideau en parlant a quelqu un au telephone. La teneur de la conversation etait plus qu interessante :" oue bah si il fait sa tu le chopes. Il faut le chopper...." Jespere pour vous mon cher Monsieur qu a defaut de servir vos clients et de faire ce pourquoi vous etes payes a la fin du mois, vous l avez attrapé. Obligee de demander au receptioniste du IBIS STYLE pour le check in. Une bonne prestation je dois dire. Rappelez vous que les premieres minutes sont importantes pour faire une bonne impression au client. Sinon aucun sourire des receptionnistes, les tenues vestimentaires on en parle pas et l attitude bon je vais pas en parler non plus ....

最寄りの駅まではバスで行く必要があり，とても不便です． シャワーが壊れていたり，部屋があまり清潔でなかったり，室内設備がほとんどなかったりとサービスはイマイチです． 唯一良い点があるとすれば，すぐ隣にカルフールがあり，買い物が便利なところです．

파리 외곽인데 교통도 좋았고 시설도 나름 나쁘지 않았어요
