Good location ”

We stayed here for 2 nights. Room size is okay for 2 adults. Nearest metro is Louis Blanc is it’s within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood but it’s also walkable to Paris Gare du Nord.

Exceptional”

This hotel is in an ideal central location to Paris Nord station, extremely tidy , large breakfast if you wish, good size room , polite staff. All good 👌🏾

Average”

Location wise not really that convenient, is pretty far from Gare du Nord if you need to walk with big luggage you may try Ibis that nearer to station, there are many other Ibis hotels around that area. Room was okay, clean and nice for 2 adults, not too small, bathroom is big too. Value for money.

The location quite far from gare du nord station (walking distance) and not quite safe surroundings, find drunk people while walking from station to hotel, no kettle in the room

Easy ”

Good location for main line stations and easy to discover the rest of Paris. Very clean and modern. Small room, no air conditioning so became very hot . Good sound proofing, double glazed windows, but need to keep them shut as a very noisy location on crossway for two main roads. Breakfast ok but limited choice.

Definitely a wrong choice of Ibis”

The surrounding was shady. It was difficult for me and my daughter to go around the neighborhood to commute or eat. My daughter was too scared to go out of the hotel as it definitely didn't look safe. We could've managed to do that if we had resources inside the facility. They supposedly have 24/7 room service however items were mostly just heated microwave items. The staff even just recommended us to eat outside instead. Only booked this for a 2 night stay for our trip to Disneyland as there was a shuttle that will pick you up in the area. Not discounting that the drop off will be at 10PM. So you can just imagine the trauma and fear the walk back to the hotel that shook my daughter. I have been using the Accor brand, Ibis being the most practical and convenient. However, this was a total letdown from location, amenities, price and service/staff. Made me even check my bookin twice if this was indeed part of the chain. Definitely taught me not to trust the name solely.

Slow check in. Small room”

I traveled in 6 ppl in total and booked for 2x triple rooms. When check in, the staffs told me each room only can occupy 2 pax, i don’t understand why paid triple room price but only 2 pax. We were tired of traveling and don’t want to argue so much but just want solution. The staffs told me the solution is depend on the housekeeper and see whether he is willing to add on a bed in each room for us. What a joke! Isn’t counter staff should give instructions to them to do that and solve tourist’s problem?! Luckily the housekeeper did that for us. When I paid for city tax, I had been waited 15 mins to get my change back. Imagine, how long I had been spent for the whole check in process! Location is near to train station but not to town. Room is small. Won’t recommended.

Hi, Rooms were very clean, two receptionist young ladies were very helpfull, very kind but the two guys in nightshift, they dont like to talk to us, it is like forcing them to speak, they look so angry. Early morning very noisy upper room, lots of moving items, might be renoving room not sure. Rooms very small. Thank you Mohamed (Oman)

Bad customer service. The room was so small with only the basics items (bed and small table). In the toilet only 2 paper glasses . I expected much more from ibis hotel.

Dirty with super small room”

Small and smally rooms. Very dirty . Too noisy. Rude staff. Expensive for no reasons. I booked two rooms but only provided me with one room with 4 beds !!!

Overall brilliant. Very clean daily room cleaning. Great breakfast full of choices. Good connection to pink subway. 5 minutes to Gare de Nord if you don’t get lost. Receptionists are not always English speakers though.
