Really good budget hotel with free secure parking. Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location for public transport into the city. I will return to Paris & stay here again.

AT ALL COSTS DONT STAY HERE (BAD LOCATION/SMELLY ROOMS!! ROOMS MIGHT LOOK NICE BUT ITS THE SMELL”
So my group of friends and I were looking for a budget friendly place to stay in Paris and came across this place. All seemed good with the pictures and some other reviews but trust me when I say those “good” reviews must be writer by them. I want to save you all from wasting your money and time. My experience I got there, checked the room quickly and left and booked myself a room in the Mariott Saint Denis (I know it’s expensive but it’s well worth it than staying here) Location: The location itself looks like it’s the immigrant area of Paris. I didn’t feel safe whatsoever. Along with this the train station is a 15 min walk so it’s very hassle to bring your stuff in and out of the hotel and commute. It’s atleast 45 mins from Central Paris with multiple train transfers. Also this train station operates on a 30 min basis meaning trains come every 30 mins (imagine the wait) Room: There was a very foul stench that I nearly threw up the longer I stayed. (And I stayed a min)

The hotel is suitable for group traveler since it has a bunk bed room and can be occupied for 3 persons. The self check in technology is also convenient for youngsters. The room area is enough. The hotel is not close to the city center but it is near to 2 bus stops so we think it is agreeable. The price is affordable for budget traveler.

Une 2eme taxe a été demandé au check out et pour le petit déjeuner il faudra encore débourser la somme de 6.60€/perdonne pour un PETIT déjeuner, non merci. Niveau nettoyage, les chambres étaient médiocres avec 1 petit savon comme soin offert , pas de sèche cheveux et pour une chambre triple, que deux serviettes disponibles dans la chambre...

Péssima experiência!”
O único ponto positivo desta estadia foi o recepcionista. De resto, o quarto que nos foi atribuído estava completamente SUJO. Cabelos no chão, nas roupas de cama, almofadas, toalhas com manchas... Pedimos para mudar de quarto, e assim foi. Mas o problema não se resolveu: continuaram a haver cabelos por todo o lado, toalhas com nódoas, chão sujo. Para piorar a situação, a climatização do hotel é horrível. O quarto aquece imenso durante o dia todo e não há aquecimento de forma a tornar o quarto agradável: é simplesmente um calor insuportável. Quando confrontamos o segurança com esta situação para saber se ele podia fazer alguma coisa (visto que a recepção já estava fechada), ele nem se importou. Não falava inglês e também não procurou saber o que estávamos a tentar dizer para nos ajudar. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo, de todo.
