The poor food at the restaurant and lack of coordination between security and the front desk about what floors were open for rooms.

Rooms are terrible”

Location is perfect, but rooms are terrible. Old, tired with low ceilings. You get one window that looks out onto the hallway. Useless as the window is, you cannot use it unless you want hallway people gawking into your room. We had a king room and were extremely disappointed at what we got for the money. Room looked like something you'd get at a much lower class hotel.
