This resort has one of the amazing view of the sea. The sea looks spectacular from the room. A modern hotel. The breakfast was good. It would be better if they had halal options. A picturesque resort.

We were so happy to stay at Hyatt, though we were regrer that it was only 1 night. The staff were so nice, kind, willing to help and effective!!! It wa a pleasure to stay there and we hope to come back again.

Everything was so perfect . 5 Pointe für breakfast . Kids Club is Open From 09-18 and the Kids had a lot of fun . The Personal is so kindly , i would really recommend this Hotel . We stayed in 5 Hotels in koh samui and this was really the BeST one of all , the rooms are lovely , big and very clean

Excellent Hotel with issues”

Really excellent hotel with fantastic staff, service, and facilities. Best buffet breakfast ever. The issues: 1. There's no beach. Or I should say there's trucked in sand, but the ocean itself is full of rocks not sand. And to get to any of the beaches you need to either take a 500Bt taxi each way, wait for a Sangtaew (public transportation truck), or rent a car. I suggest that the Hotel provide regularly timed shuttles to different places on the island. 2. Location. There's nothing around the hotel. There's no easy way to get drinks, snacks, etc. or other restaurant options other than the hotel as there's nothing close by. Thus, you need to buy the very expensive drinks and food from the hotel, or make other arrangements to get these items.

Handy for the airport”

Very close to the airport but a bit further from the samui centre. The rooms are very nice although I wouldn’t recommend the rooms with a plunge pool. Privacy was lacking as anyone can see intro he room when the curtains are open and the pools Overlook the

Well I have visited in June 2022 and the property was just 11 months old ..everything was new and tacky …this pace is best for ppl planning for photo shoots ....brkfst is good but the main menu needs to be improved a lot…

Picturesque backdrops and amazing hospitality”

Had a wonderful time at Hyatt regency during our stay in the first week of June. The staff is very courteous and the property is very well maintained. The manager keeps moving around and greets you personally. First day they had limited vegetarian and Indian options in breakfast but finding more Indians in the hotel they kept adding dishes in subsequent days. The swimming pools are very beautiful and maintained very clean. The Camp Hyatt is the highlight as our kids loved that. They wanted to spend entire time there only. So we can leave kids in that club and they are very well engaged through multiple activities. Only drawback is that the beach is rocky and you can't enter the sea. Also the location is but far from Chaweng beach. But u very easily get bikes on rent at the resort itself which helps in flexible commutation. Overall we had a relaxed and Rejuvinating stay.

Incredible views and great service”

We had read many great reviews and seen some incredible pictures of the hotel before making our reservation. Thus, our expectations were quite high but the Hyatt Samui still managed to exceed them. The service was top notch, the hotel room was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking. we enjoyed eating breakfast every morning with watching the sun in the sky. we enjoyed our time at the Hyatt so much. i would highly recommend this hotel to everybody looking for a romantic, relaxing getaway.

New, chic, good location ”

Close to the airport, Chaweng, and Bo Phut with brand new facilities. Excellent breakfast, gym, small but pretty beach. Most of Samui is shut down and desolate so Hyatt was a good change.
