Exceptional”
The hotel was great however agoda customer service was terrible as I found a lower price and they would not provide their price match guarantee despite numerous screen shots and the room being the exact same. In the end they told me the room was not the same as the room I booked through them was a city view and the room I sent them also said city view but the description said view of lake buena vista. Yes lake buena vista is the CITY! Terrible. Won't use them again.

Fantastic ”
Everything is amazing - except that the parking lot is far away and costs about $20 a day. OR you can pay for valet, which I chose not to do. Bottom line, it was beautiful. I saw fireworks at ALL the Disney locations from my balcony facing the pool, the hospitality was very nice, and the interior of the hotel was also fantastic. But the valet thing was annoying. It takes a long time to get in and out of that place. Once you're in a car, the hotel is close to everything. It just takes about 20 minutes to get to the car.

This was the perfect hotel for our Disney vacation. It was so close but allowed us to get away from the crowds for a while. The outside area is a complete oasis. The staff were amazing. We can't wait to get back and stay at this hotel.

Can't go wrong with Hyatt.”
Had a few problems.... got here and only 1 night reservation instead of two even though we had called to straighten out an issue with booking. They were more than just sorry & the 4 of us got free buffet breakfast at Hemmingways and a late checkout. The room was pretty tiny for 4 of us. It came with a queen bed and a full. I thought that kind of strange. Although beautiful the bathroom is it has major functional issues. The glass shower only covers the 1st half of the tub & the door opens out so when you turn on the shower the floor gets wet. THE ODDEST BATHROOM DOOR I have ever seen and I have been a locksmith for 42 years now. It's a slider.....ok ......it has opaque glass on it??? And get this..... THERE IS NO LOCK ON IT and never had one. Sooooooo we had to really concentrate on not opening the door on each other and when someone was changing or showering we averted our eyes from that part or the room. Not only that but there were warning signs on the door "caution when opening" orsomething like that because if someone is looking into their luggage in the designated luggage space and someone slides the bathroom door it slams into their head. Happened twice to me. We also had a key issue but that's no big deal....... happens all the time. Staff was friendly, the grounds are just magnificent. Oh wait.....1 more thing. When you order food poolside it arrives from the kitchen which is inside the hotel quite a distance. I mean it's like 2 blocks away. I asked for a little more onion from my burger and I'm watching him walk and walk and climb stairs. It took about 9 minutes to get onions.The waiter was very good though. Since I was a locksmith in a casino hotel for 20 years I feel qualified to make some....... Suggestions: Put a grill out at the beach. $105 for 4 bugers and 4 drinks, 2 with alcohol.......the bar can afford it. Do something with those bathrooms. I am sure that they've had issues if not lawsuits. Finally.....well you can't make the room big

I can be very judgemental, i also stayed at the Rosen Centre, this pooped all over it! Staff, location, food, bar, services, all amazing. Very happy i picked this hotel over others, even if it cost a few dollars more. Ignore bad reviews, all staff i encountered went above and beyond. Well done guys

When we checked in at night, the front desk informed my the room that was ready is a AED room, which is for handicapped and the only difference was the height and size of the sink. Otherwise there's a charge of $20/day for a higher floor. So I chose to accept the room. To my surprise, when I entered the bathroom the shower area had no tub and with young children that's not suitable. If she had informed me prior to check in that there's no tub, I would not hv accepted the room. It was a hassle to move from one room to another esp when we spent all day at the park. We were all tired. I just didn't understand how the room I booked and paid for was not ready and available. Otherwise the hotel and amenities were wonderful.

Anniversary ”
Our stay was Excellent!! Only thing that caught us off guard was on a 90 degree week the main pool was chilled in some way. We had to swim in the kids pool and hang around the bigger pool because it was too cold.
