Excellent”

Went to Palawan for an online appointment with DFA for my sons passport renewal. It was our first time to visit Palawan as well, so decided to go sight seeing at Puerto Princesa after our appointment. We chose HUE hotel since it located right beside Robinsons Mall which is where DFA office is located. It is very convenient , you only need to walk to get to the mall. Quite impressed with the staff , everyone was very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Fortun our shuttle bus driver who met us at the airport. Fortun is friendly and bery informative when we asked for information. Staff at the restaurant ate also very nice and attentive . They had initiative and they remembered what our apecial request were the first day so we didn'nt have to ask for it. They automatically served my son with his glass of ice and set the salt and pepper for myself at our table. They kept on checking if there is anything else we needed. Special thanks to Cha, Chubbs and Charm. The breakfast serve was quite good , they had different choices everyday for the 4 days that we stayed with them. Hotel is 15 mins by tricycle to recommended local restaurants such as Kalui and Kinabutch. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely cme back to stay with HUE:)

Great value for money”

A new modern hotel that is close to the new airport in PP. Our stay in Hue Hotel last Nov-Dec 2017 was exceptional. I am with my husband, son and mother-in-law in a family room. The hotel was new, very clean with friendly hotel staff. It has an amazing pool overlooking the city, there is also a gym where you can work out and a spa for relaxation. Location is perfect for it is just beside Robinsons, its also perfect if you want a DIY city tour because you can just hop in a tricycle or ride a jeep in front of the hotel. Great price for the very spacious family room which has 2 bathrooms and 2 powder room and 2 TVs. The family room comes with a king bed and a bunk bed on the other side and if you want privacy you can just pull the divider. The buffet breakfast is also good and the menu varies everyday. IMHO, it's a must to stay here if you're in Puerto Princesa.

We had superb stay in Hue hotel. The hotel itself. It was in the heart of puerto princesa. The hotel facilities were fantastic. They had swimming pools, gym, the rooms were clean, they had teas, coffee and water inside. They also have a huge chessboard that you can play. The staff were very accommodating, the food was sumptuous. The shuttle service took care of us going to the airport and manong driver was very helpful. It was a wise choixe to choose Hue Hotel and it was a great experience for us choosing Hue Hotel to be our home away from home. Great job everyone! Keep it up!

Best hotel in Puerto princesa”

Our stay at Hue hotel was excellent. The hotel has a great location and amazing staff. The front desk staff especially Jeffrey and Ronald were courteous, professional and always helpful. The breakfast selection was also commendable - really great coffee! We appreciated the attentiveness and courtesy of the restaurant staff, esp. Jefferson - always friendly and great personality. Highly recommend Hue hotel Puerto Princesa.

Palawan Holiday”

Our trip to Puerto Princesa was so enjoyable due to the comfortable and modern boutique style hotel Hue. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, good restaurant and most of all, their excellent staff. Staff members Ellaine, Trixie, and Aries helped set up side trips and were overall - super helpful - and this made our small group's trip successfully. Thanks Hue Hotel, and specifically: Ellaine, Trixie, and Aries.

Good Location”

Good Location. The breakfast on our first day was not ok though, everything was cold, the soup, the chicken. Second day was a bit better. Staff were all friendly and accommodating, we saw a lizard on our room curtain and asked someone to catch it for us because we were afraid of lizards, unfortunately the personnel was not able to catch it, it went under the bed and I was so afraid that it would appear on my bed at night, and they offered to check again while we were out, and luckily it did not appear again. This hotel has a good location, walking distance to Robinson's Palawan. Also, this hotel offers free transfer to and from Puerto Princesa Airport.

Short vacation at its best”

Hue Hotel’s location is perfect. It is easy to commute at this hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool area when we still have time after touring around. The family room we had is clean and very spacious. Except that the faucet was located outside the bathroom. They could have had the bathroom layout the traditional way in which the toilet, shower and faucet are in one area, not separately. The buffet breakfast is simple yet it met our basic diet needs. Overall, this hotel is one of the best local hotel we’ve stayed at. Robinsons Place is right beside the hotel which was a big convenience for our other needs like food for lunch or dinner. Will definitely reccommend Hue to friends planning a visit to Puerto Prinsesa.

Home away from Home”

It is indeed that Palawan is one of the places we'd like to stay but we were overwhelmed with Hue Hotel. The location was great bec it's in the heart of PPS. It's just few minutes away from the airport and it' near the market and malls. We were already amazed with the structure of the hotel. It's facilities. It has 2 pools at the roof deck with bar on the side, gym, soa and a place where you can relax. The room is well maintained. It's clean and very comfortable. The food is superb. The staff is fantastic. We would like to commend them for accommodating us with our needs. The guards, the personnel in the front desk, the staff in their rstaurant and the people cleaning the rooms. They were all nice. Value for money is a big factor that you not too much yet the outcome is fantastic. It was like Home away from Home. Kudos everyone!

AWESOME EVERYTHING!”

Stayed for 2 nights- did the 1/2 day city tour the day we arrived and the Puerto Princesa Underground River Tour the next day. Complimentary transfers to and from the airport which is located approx 10-15 mins from Hotel. Complimentary Breakfast every morning, great variety of selections to choose from! The hotel is clean, modern and service is superb! Our arrival to hotel was delayed, the hotel were very flexible with our transfers and even took it upon themselves to contact our tour guides of our delay. The hotel is right next door to Robinsons Mall, about 2 mins walk! Very convenient! Loved our stay, will return again!

Exceptional”

Overall our stay with Hue was great. From check-in till check-out. We encountered a slight issue when we discovered a blood stain with our blanket so immediately raised this with the Duty and Housekeeping Manager. We eventually managed to move to another room and considering the inconvenience and hygiene issue - Hue have given us complimentary massage service to relax for the rest of our night. We appreciated this gesture and the fast resolution of Hue. By the way, did I mentioned that I enjoyed their breakfast spread? On our 2nd morning, I even requested for their delicious spanish sardines even if its not in the buffet table. So will definitely go back to Hue if I visit PPP in the future and will even recommend this to friends.

I’ve stayed in Hue Hotel in Puerto Princesa for it’s great location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. It has great rooftop pool and bar. Complimentary breakfast buffet is a plus! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great Hotel to stay in Puerto Princesa!”

A very good hotel located near the airport. Just beside Robinson's Mall. Very attentive staff. Managed very well by HII. I find this new hotel at par or even better than other 4 - 5 star hotels I have stayed in Cebu, Davao or Boracay. Good mattress and bedding. Very clean room. I was impressed with it's modern architecture and design. Highly recommended for all type of travelers.

Fun and quirky getaway”

Hue Hotel is right next to Robinson Mall which made it convenient to get some meals and snacks. It’s local in the sense that it is a quick tricycle ride from the downtown area and bay walk park, and from the airport, but a bit of a drive from Honda Bay and the Underground River. However, our stay was very pleasant and everything was clean. I loved the open concept of the lobby. The rooftop pool was an added bonus that included a glass wall overlooking the town. The breakfast buffet was slightly different every morning but served typical Filipino dishes like longanisa and tapa as well as pancakes and waffles, it was quite delicious! The restaurant on the property is really good too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back should we find ourselves in Puerto again.

It was our first time in Puerto Princesa and I'm glad I chose to stay at HUE. The location, the staff and the hotel amenities was superb. The water station at the lobby was very convenient . I highly recommend it if ever you visit PPS.

The facilities are very new, excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Situated on the main road next to the Robinsons Mall (large modern mall), great launching place for tours organised by the hotel or to your next generation. Wifi is excellent as well. Massage services is also great. If back in Puerto Princesa I would stay again

Modern chic hotel”

Very beautiful modern vibe chic hotel at the heart of Puerto Princesa City. Super near everywhere! I love the rooms! Value for money! Highly recommend if you will do island hopping and other tours at puerto princesa and you will just use a hotel to sleep comfortably!

The family room worked out perfectly.”

We booked a family room (two rooms) for over a week and couldn't have been happier with it. Nice showers, cleaning service, massages etc. The hotel restaurant Matiz is also pretty good and the restaurant staff, in particular, are wonderful. It felt safe the entire stay and cleaning staff actually found a mobile phone we misplaced. The location next to a mall is ideal for grabbing a quick bite or any other items you might need while visiting. We stopp ed by daily to grab coffee, buy water bottles for day trips and even first aid items. After stopping by a couple of other hotels picking up guests for a tour, I would stay at Hue Hotel again without hesitation.

FANTASTIC OVERNIGHT”

Arrived to hue hotel early as we were overnighting and leaving the next day for our transfer to elnido upon arrival excellent checking in as are room was not ready they had went out of their way to get room ready while we sat at the rooftop pool staff, location the whole experience i hope to return someday to hue resort as both the staff and the hotel left a lasting impression that felt really nice well done hue hotel resort.

Very good hospitality ”

Not everyone in the hospitality industry is hospitable. Especially in PI. But Hue hotel has it down. Everyone on staff is cheerful, attentive, interactive, communicative. We moved to a different hotel for our last night in Palawan, just for a change of scenery, and regretted it! I highly recommend Hue.
