Pros- Has parking lot (public parking), lift, spacious room and bathroom, affordable price, complimentary 3 in 1 coffee, soap and shampoo and voucher for breakfast, has hot shower, location okay, big bed, has slippers and clean room. Cons - Flat pillow, bathroom door hard to close, can smell cooking from restaurant below, need to adjust toilet flush manually to avoid leaking, cannot adjust aircond even tough there is a controller.

I like the room itself with functioning air conditioning, water heater, spacious room but not the bed and cleanliness. The bed seems old and the bed sheet looks like it was unchanged from last customer. Hopefully it can be improved

Nice stay apart from cockroach infestation”
The guy on reception was very nice and extremely helpful, one of the nicest welcomes we’ve had whilst being in Asia. Gym upstairs was a plus, a lot of old and broken equipment but manageable to use. Nothing wrong with the rooms except for pests; we had an ant infestation behind our bathroom sink leading out and under the entry door. Must have killed about 50 but they just returned. The main problem was the cockroaches. 1 or 2 I can handle but coming back in the evening after a long day and wanting to relax, we found no less than 14 in our room! A range of sizes from XL to S. I captured 10 of them over about a 2 hour period and checked all the furniture but after half an hour 4 more were scuttling about and at this point we asked to move room which was not an issue for reception. We quickly moved to the room below and and searched the room thinking we were safe until 10 minutes later a large roach was scuttling around the bathroom. We got rid of that one and quickly went to sleep before we could see more as was just exhausted by this point and wanted to rest!

The daytime front desk should improve”
Second time already check in at your place since last stay was satisfied. Problem is your front desk lady there, she doesn't even know how to check agoda's booking details even I showed her the reference number. I did emailed before I reach Miri,I request room with view and yes approved ad stated in email. Still the lady argue not allow me to take room with view. I made payment through agoda is with king size room,not single room without view. The 3rd stay was horrible, they give me room that seems didn't clean for while,spider wibe on the bed & TV desk. Dusty & the bathroom got mosquito. I check in & check out the same day. Recommend should call & communicate with the front desk before u book! Hope the lady please put on some smile when face your guest next time,her image for me always unfriendly & angry face.

Cockroaches!”
Stayed for 2 nights, first night was okay apart from funny smell in bathroom and some ants! However on returning to the room on the second evening we were confronted by 3 large cockroaches which we removed but it didn't stop there, 11 more cockroaches later appeared. We informed reception and they moved our room, however we also seen another large cockroach in this room! Friendly helpful staff but need to sort on cockroach prob for it to be acceptable for guests.
