Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Hotel is brand new. It gives a feeling of a lux condo which is a big plus for me. Staff lived in the US so you can finally chat in a perfect English. Super nice and helpful. They are actually changing sheets every time, not that common in Thailand.

Yup, this is my home in Udon Thani. While, yes, there are other cheaper options in the city, this place boasts of: 1) A-1 entrance security system, 2) proximity to interesting places (baht bus to Nong Prajak Park and the like; 8-min walk to Central Plaza, main bus station, UD Town night market, train station, etc), 3) cheap but with great quality and interesting neighbouring food shops (including a 7-11, 10-baht donut shop, a superb breakfast nook and a cooked meat shop like no other in front of the 7-11, I tell you!), and lots more! In other places where you could save 150-200 baht per night, UD House compensates by cutting your transport expenses in getting around the city. It’s simply just in the right place for all the good reasons to enjoy and appreciate Udon Thani … again, I tell you!

Hotel with big rooms and great staffs”

Stayed 1 night, very pleasant staff, let me check in nearly 2 hours earlier. To enter the lift you need a chip which is given to you together with key room for good security reason. Free coffee all the time, very spacious room, large bed. Only thing need to improve is the shower should be larger. Recomended to all types of traveller. Central plaza is just 10 minutes away walking. 7eleven is just 1 minute walk, local food all around.

Pros - Clean - Not expensive - Location of the hotel are near restuarant and shops - RFID keycard for guests to access to hotel (feels safe) Cons - TV signal are not properly adjusted at first the picture are blurred and having interferences (but you can adjust it yourself) - Low quality tissue paper (not facial tissue) - Location of AC are bad, the AC blowing the wind exactly on your head

This is a very new place, hence everything still works fine and is clean. requires a ten minutes walk to Central or Soi Farang, but there is a Sawngthaew line that passes the hotel too. Rooms are modern, the bed is good and the AC works fine. Good value for money if you do not require to stay right in the middle of the action

This is a very new hotel and I thought I would give it a try. Very clean, modern units. Met the manager/owner (named New) and his English is excellent. He was always courteous and asked me if everything was okay. He even took care of a light problem I had with the ceiling fixture. I'm planning to return next month and I will surely book my hotel with UD House. There are some good restaurants within walking distance (about 10 minutes) or take a taxi for a couple of dollars. Sure winner in my eyes and I'm looking forward to my return.

The owner at the front desk spoke very nice English and he was super helpful. Hotel is nice, room very good, free coffee at the lobby and WiFi worked. My only issue was regarding the noisy guests who had bad manners, making lots of noise on the corridor, talking loud, slamming doors, walking with flip-flops noisy. Part of the building operates as an apartment but apparently noisy locals were just a big group staying there only that night.

Their room is pretty basic with only 2 bar soaps for toiletries, anyway room is clean enough. The location is ok if you have your personal vehicle. There are enough parking lots. There are many food stalls nearby the hotel at night and morning. I could find local food easily. Their staff is pretty cold. No smiling or greeting at all. Please be inform that you have to pay 200 THB for a key card deposit.

It's not bad at all for the money. No frills but clean, and has what you need for a short stay. Staff was friendly. It's not as close to the central plaza area as other motels but still only a few mins away. Not bad for the money.

- Room is new and clean, can hear some noise while people walk but overall quiet and very good sleep!! - Room is spacious....i like it Cons. - 1st night stay on 3rd fl... Bed has bad smell.... - 2nd night move to 4th fl room is better. No bad smell at all. - No towel on the day I check in, same for all rooms, which really annoy me coz I didnot bring mine. Due to delay from laundry. 2nd nite still have same problem, but they manage to get one piece for me. I think hotel souldnot let this happen.
