The location was very nice with shopping and nice walking nearby. The room was very nice and bed comfortable. The staff was very helpful. They provided a iphone charger and help finding Ibuprofen while all pharmacies were closed. Would stay here again

Great location and hotel! We stayed two nights. Almost perfect except the housekeeper forgot to wash one glass. By the way, in the room, there's a card mentioned complimentary water and soft drinks will "be refilled once a day." That caused misunerstanding because what they literally meant was complimentary water is only free for once no matter how many nights we stayed!!! When the front desk learned that we did not buy water at BILA before it's closed. It's so nice of het to have more water free-of-charge.

Be prepared not to be disappointed”
The front desk staff were very prompt and helpful, however the rooms were far from my expectation , drinking water is provided only during checking in so if you are staying for more than one day don't be disappointed that no complementary drinking water will be available in your room, so when returning to the hotel on the second day bring your drinking water with you or you will be forced to buy water from the hotel at a very expensive rate. the room cleaning team are below average and also note that only shower gel is provided, no shampoo nor conditioner.

Highly recommend- friendly helpful staff, great location in walking distance ( even in the cold) to many sights & cafes. We enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant at the end of our evenings out. The room, though not large, was very clean & comfortable.

Highly recommend this hotel-great location-walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, Christmas markets and around the bend from Cafe Central, which I also recommend. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Within Innere Stadt, so close to Hofburg, Cafe Centrale, Kärntner Strasse, Graben, and other great places to visit! Price was reasonable given its location. Hotel staff were friendly, and they stored our bags for the day so we could continue exploring Vienna before out flight. The only minor negatives were the included coca-colas in our minibar were flat, and the shower drain was a bit clogged.

Fantastic location, clean and nice room, staff were great. 4 water bottles in mini fridge and refilled once for free which was a welcome bonus. Breakfast was one of the best at a hotel we’ve ever had. Only possible drawback was that the bed was quite high so if you have mobility issues, then let staff know and I’m sure they’d accommodate.

Beautiful hotel and location but didn't get room paid for”
This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. We were only staying there for a night so wanted to take full advantage of the short time we were there and had booked a room with city views. Instead, we were put in a dark room facing the unattractive inner courtyard. I was traveling with an exhausted toddler and was too tired to complain and see if we could lug our massive suitcases to another room. I wouldn't have minded except that I didn't receive the value I had paid extra for. :(

The hotel is located at very good location which you can walk around the city easily, The room is normal. The wash room still in old design where you need to shower in the bathtub and not separated from bath tub. The breakfast is very fantastic, there is many choice of food.

The location is great - easy to walk to the town centre and the main tourist attractions. Staff are very helpful and polite when asked for recommendations. I would recommend this for any holiday goers!
