The location is very good to take picture since facing Parliament building over the Danube river. Room was clean, but small with minimum stuffs. If you want to get river side view room, it will cost 35Euro more

Perfect Location”
It's one of the best location that you can find. It's facing a river which is just directly opposite Parliament. You can have perfect sunrise and sunset view which is very photo worthy! :)

The room was not cleaned properly and towels were also dirty. One bottle of soda which was in the minibar was opened and almost empty. In the bathroom, amenities weren’t set up. I found a bunch of hair behind the sofa.

I won't recommend this hotel and won't ever go back. Staff are unattentive to guests. Our room is too hot, staff care less. I have not slept for nights because of the temp!

The coffee machine at the restaurant during breakfast is always having a long queue.. the breakfast is definitely over priced as compared to the hotel I stayed in Vienna before coming here.,, I was awake by one of the house keeping staffs at 7am banging on my door so hard despite having the no disturb door sign.. it turned to out be giving me a toothbrush which I didn’t even request for..

The only thing we appreciate is the location. The front desk personnel should be more helpful in informing guest of how to take the public transport to places of interest. When we ask them, they were not very helpful.

Amazing view on Parliment”
Booked the room with river view. Amazing room with direct view on the Parliment building. Spacious room and comfy bed. Thank you Novotel for the Anniversay arrangement for us. A very memorable and unforgettable stay.

We had to pay additional to get a room with a river view but it made our stay more special. They also made the effort to fix up the room for our anniversary celebration, left us a sweet treat and small bottle of champagne so that was quite thoughtful. Location is the best thing about this property!

Love that the hotel has a magnificent view of The Parliament and so close to the train station. Zsani from their breakfast restaurant was superb and friendly.
