Tájékoztatjuk, hogy Bali szigetén a következő napokon ünneplik a Nyepi (csend) napját: 2016. március 9. és 2017. március 28. A Nyepi (csend) napján teljes csend van az egész szigeten. Ezen a napon tilos szabadtéri tevékenységeket végezni, így a szálláshelyeken be- és kijelentkezési lehetőség sem biztosított.
Tájékoztatjuk, hogy Balin az elkövetkezendő években az alábbi napokon ünneplik a nyepit, vagyis a csend napját. Ezeken a napokon tilos bármilyen szabadtéri tevékenységet végezni, beleértve a szálláshelyre történő bejelentkezést, és az onnan történő kijelentkezést is. A nyepi dátumai az elkövetkező években: 2019. március 7. | 2020. március 25. | 2021. március 14. | 2022. március 3. | 2023. március 22.

I just like to commend your receptionist Mr. ADI WIRAWAN for doing a great great great job. I couldn’t contain my happiness for what he have done for us. Without him, we will not able to make our flight this morning November 3,2019. I would love to recommend Mercure Hotel to all of my friends who will visit Bali to compensate for what Mr. ADI had done for us. This man save our day. During an unexpected situation, these staffs are always ready to help you out. I salute this man not only because he helped us out but also because of his willingness to help foreigners like us. I made a reservation to an agency going to airport but he did not come on time so i asked mr. Adi if its ok to call the driver. I asked him to call twice. Without any hesitations, he called him and asked where the driver has been. He also did not asked me to pay for the telephone bill. Such a great man with great service for the clients. He made an arrangement with the driver so we do not need to pay any money to the taxi. I am really really happy that we make it to our flight just on time. If we go back BALI again, I would love to thank Mr, Adi personally. I am so much grateful. Thank you so much Mr. adi! Thank you so much Mercure Hotel kuta beach front! The location of this hotel is just infront of the BEACH. You heard it right? Just infront. Also, its very walkable to the mall, and convenient to other markets. Also neighborhood of Hardrock Bali. The room is very comfortable and spacious. They have an infinity pool too! It is perfectly convenient from the shops.

I've never met friendlier hotel employees until I stayed here. Everyone is so nice and has a nice light to their smiles. The hotel is beautifully designed and it makes you wonder how you were able to obtain such a location. You may need to get used to some of the rooms' weirdness like if you wanted to close the closet, the same door that closes the closet would open up the bathroom. But that definitely didn't affect me from not giving full straight 5-stars. The rooftop is amazing, and the breakfast every morning is consistent. I could go on for a couple more paragraphs, but that would spoil the show. Suksma!!

what a lucky day they automatic upgrade my room, somemore the next day i was left something at grab. the staff help us to get phone no. n help us to contact them get back the stuff. the room was clean n comfort, this hotel really worth to stay n 100% safety. coz few times i had left money in the hotel w/o lock into safety box, also didn't lose after house keeping.

Over priced for what you get”
The most uncomfortable bed and especially the pillows to soft sink in it complained got new ones hard as a rock and two high you think a hotel charging so much would invest in bamboo memory foam pillows no furniture in rooms you ask for another small table for balcony don’t have only one crappy chair in room and very small very small table pool nice but freezing so we could enjoy over priced drinks same cost as a nightclub in Australia didn’t enjoy my stay

The hotel's staff are really great, they always great the guests nicely everytime. The location is just across Kuta beach and just 5 minutes walk to beachwalk mall. The room is nice and clean. Overall, I love it and will stay here again later.

Had a chance to stay here 1 night during pandemic. Got a room at the corner at lobby level. Room was great, comfortable, super clean. Employee was super friendly. Best location too.

Hotel was nice and the location was perfect. Aircon was icy cold, all facilities worked well minus our fridge but that was sorted. Rooms were a great size. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

great staff and location and facilities. really really bad cafe with really poor coffee and cocktails. staff had no idea how to make a barista made coffee with machine. room was really noisy from outside traffic and noisy aircon not operating correctly.

Loved staying at the Mercure Kuta. The infinity pool was great, the Newley renovated rooms were well laid out and modern. The only negative I had was the breakfast. It is definitely more suited for the locals, therefore options were authentic (no bacon because of halal). Limited western options compared to previous hotels I’ve stayed in Bali, but still enjoyable. Will be staying at this hotel again.
