Usually I stay in a more central location but as we had a car the 1.2km to UD town was not a problem for us. The Hotel is well equipped and modern looking. The staff were friendly. The family rooms were very spacious and the toilet and shower area was HUGE and, for Thailand very good indeed. The bathroom area was also separated from the living area. Wi-Fi was strong and working as well. The only downsides were the many stairs to get to the family rooms and the very poor tv reception, which was basically non existent. Despitethestains the top floor had great views and a nice patio area If you have no transport you might find this a bit out of the way unless you lot walking but otherwise it's a good hotel

The rooms (3) were clean and a good value for the cost, the staff was however rude and wouldn’t give us the rooms we had reserved and paid for in advance and tried to charge us more at check in. I recommend this hotel if you want to save money, but be prepared for sub-par service from the front desk.

I think there was a water pump over my unit so it kept making a mild noise. Other than that I like the place. But walking from the central plaza is not easy. You need tuktuk or taxi.

Aircon is not strong, can tell that it has not been serviced for a long time. Towels provided are very old, stained and worn out.

Staff uninformed about government rules ”
I called this hotel to make sure they report stay of foreigners (TM30) properly online. The answer was "yes". When i checked out from the hotel they told me that my passport photo was texted to Udon Thani immigration LINE account ! Everyone knows that is not how it is done. Same day immigration office declined my visa extension request, i had to take an overnight bus to Bangkok to extend visa there. The staff at this hotel does not know what they are doing.
