Nice and clean hotel in Labuan Bajo”
Nice and clean hotel in Labuan Bajo, no to far from the main city for shopping and eating. Have it's own jetty for boat docking from cruise ships. In the morning, when the sea level a little high and no wave or surge, you could snorkeling under the jetty, some nice corals and small fishes. The bed room and bathroom are clean. The wifi are "ok". But the TV channels is also very limited, no international channel or "box-office's" movies The breakfast menu is very limited. The swimming pool are big and clean but not too deep, only 1,7 meter maximum depth.

Spacious hotel, spacious room and clean, comfortable bed, but you have to notice that the superior room doesn't have a bath tub as you seen in the picture.

Old hotel but still good. Pool is bog, hotel area is large. Superior room is quite spacious. A good location before/ after sailing. There's free shuttle from hotel to airport & near food centre. Breakfast standard.

The location is closed to the culinery street and staff are warmth and friendly but need capacity building as in other hotel. The beach is not swimmable as the water is not clean due to oil from the ship and boat at the harbor. I stay 3 nights in the hotel. The bedsheets was not changed at all. The shower's water pressure is not high at all. The breakfast is substandard. This hotel no doubt is a low end 3 stars hotel

We reserved room w pictures of sea view. Then were given hill view. The staff said there was no manager on site. We asked for 1 bed per room. We were given two beds per room. Staff was very unhelpful. Only blaming Agoda for the mistakes. Not willing to fix anything or work on a solution, and they said there was no manager on site for the duration of our stay and all the issues were at the fault of agoda. They offered sea view at double the cost! The worst service I’ve ever experienced in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I felt cheated and lied to by them and will never return there.

Clean and specious room,there is a bus for airport.But there is no hair drier and small towels.I asked for receptionist,they didn't bring them.

La Prima offer shuttle to airport and Kampung Ujung, great sunset scenery via their pier and good rate. Best alternative accommodation if you are looking for sunset view but do not want to dig deep into the pocket for higher accommodation price

False Advertising ”
If you would like a place to check in and sleep, sure thing. However, the balcony are all linked to your neighbours SO you can hear everything. We had such an unpleasant stay! Our room was just infront of the lift lobby, we hear noise everywhere from the staff pushing their carts to clean the rooms to very very noisy local tourists who come in large tour groups. If you are looking for intimacy, forget about it! Can we also talk about the false advertising of how the hotel looks like vs how it really is? The pool is opposite a beach side? Not really, it is facing a path way and a small harbour where there are locals coming into the hotel compound because there is no separation. Was there a bar? NOPE. This is an alcohol free venue, not even a Bintang. We booked 5 nights and what did you expect us to do with the lack of a proper hotel restaurant n bar? The saving grace were the two Italian restaurants nearby - Made in Italy and Fellas Pizzeria. Our breakfast was bad, the croissants and bread were stale. The local food choices were okay. Our room had stained bed sheets, no toilet paper, no toothbrushes, dirty floors which had footprints (they never mop the floor ever!). We asked for a refund because it was just beyond bad and we have to book elsewhere to stay for 3 out of the 5 nights. The staff were not helpful at all to deal with issues like this. Free airport shuttle was good and the fish ponds were nice but I am not staying here for 5 nights for fish ponds. False 4 star hotel. Do not book.

Room is average for that price, restaurant is really disappointing: frozen veggies and tasteless cold food…. Biggest surprise was they don’t sell beer and run out of bananas for juices. Really hard to communicate in English.

should not arrange the guest stay at the floor which is in construction processing. The price is too high compare with other similar hotel.
