Jó”

A parkolásért külön fizetni kellett, ami előzetesen nem szerepelt az ajánlatban, és a szálloda színvonalához képest sokat. Ráadásul be se fért az autónk az őrzött parkolóba, így a hotel oldalába állítottak bennünket, ami nem volt őrzött, de az árát elkérték. Valamikor ez egy menő szálloda volt, azóta is abból akarnak élni, de a színvonal sajnos sokat romlott.

Továbbra is elégedett vagyok a hotellel. Nálam a tisztaság fontos szempont és ez maximális volt mindkét alkalommal, amikor megszálltam.

Kiváló, kényelmes, csodás panorámával”

Tökéletes, a liftek száma talán kevés, viszont reggeli tornának tökéletes a 15 emelet lépcsőzés !

Az ablakok kiábrándítóan piszkosak voltak. Pont a Panorámája miatt mentünk oda és piszkos ablak. A reggelinél sokszor hiány volt, nem töltötték fel a tálakat. Az utolsó nap pedig filmesek dolgoztak ott, a reggeli árából le kellett volna engedni, nemcsak azért, mert egy ablaktalan helységbe tettek át mindenkit, de a Capuccinós maskinát és a Juisos gépet is a filmesek kapták meg. Ilyet nem tehetnek meg jó névre igényt tartó hotelek. Ezért húztam le a szolgáltatást.

jo kornyezetben megfelelo arban. a szoba kenyelmes volt, azonban hianyoltam a vasalaodeszkat es a vasalot. a klima mukodott, de egy kicsit hangos volt, amiert a kilatas karpotolt. osszesegeben meg voltam elegedve, bar inkabb harom csillagos a szalloda mint negy.a recepciosok udvariasak es segitokeszek voltak.

Ár-érték arányban tökéletes”

Szocreál szálloda, felújításra szorul. Az ár tükrözi a minőséget. A kád penészes volt, minden elhasználódott, de a matrac kényelmes. A szoba fűtése nem megfelelő. Ami óriási pozítivuma a szállodának, az a lokáció és a gyönyörű kilátás. A szobám a 14. emeleten helyezkedett el, Parlamentre nyíló kilátással, fantasztikus volt. A liftek gyorsak, így nem kell annyira sokat várni a le- és feljutásra. Egy éjszakát el lehet tölteni benne.

I have stayed here before once again only for the one night. The last visit was okay but this one was not. No sleep as bus loads of teenagers running around, shouting and slamming doors until 04.00 am. There is no sound proofing between rooms so even after 04:00 there was still noise to be heard from the nearby rooms. The shower was only partially working, 70% from the tap and only 30% from the shower. Last visit in April cost 30 euros for one night, so okay. This was 90+ euros so not okay. Next time I visit the dentist will be staying elsewhere.

No shampoo provided, no cleaning of room, rooms was very small, No water bottle, No tea or coffee.. ”

Book at your own risk. View from window was good, large area of city visible from top. Location is like you have to change the tram or bus to most of the place u need to visit. Tram stopage is just outside of the hotel which was best part of thos hotel.

Beautiful view on the city side”

On the higher floors on the city side the view is astonishing. The hot water in the tub was almost cold.

We expected more.”

Hotel is just one bus ride to the centre and the train station, quite accessible. Easy check in and out. WiFi is okay. Beds are comfy, towels and linens were fine. Room security is okay. We got a good view of the neighborhood in out 10th floor room. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, good selection of food. Exterior/Interior looks old and not that well maintained. There's a distinct smell inside the premises esp. in the room, which is not pleasant for us. Lobby is so-so and, in our view, not of a 4-star hotel one. Room heater is not strong. It was an okay stay but I would not recommend. Not a 'value for money stay'.

Lousy Hotel - Don't Stay Here”

1. Hotel reception staff are not the least obliging especially the bald-headed one. They would find all kind of excuses in order to shelf away any requests from hotel guests and will not hesitate to tell guests that they are "very busy" with work to attend to requests 2. Aircon is weak and noisy and so it is unable to cool the room during summer especially when Europe is now experiencing a heatwave 3. WiFi is very weak and one can hardly get online especially inside the room 4. Room and carpet are worn out 5. Hotel location is far from the city centre and with tram works in progress, commuting to town is definitely a hassle 6. No complimentary car parking and reception staff are quick to get hotel guests to park at hotel's onsite car park when there are lots of free parking in streets behind the hotel

One of my favourite hotels”

This was a fantastic hotel to stay in. With fascinating design and comfortable rooms with a view, it was nice for the time I was there. Conveniently located a short tram ride from the station. The staff were friendly and offered excellent recommendations.

Dissapointing compared to previous stay in 2014”

This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. First time was in 2014. During the current visit we booked a Junior Suite. Room no. 4 had faulty heating system, so we had to change the room the second day, as the technician could not fix the heating system on the spot. Room no. 1 where we moved had only 1 of the 2 heating units operational. That one could not be stopped from the control panel, so it became too hot. To open the windows we had to ask a service man to provide a special tool. One of the windows was faulty. Cleaning was done only occasionally, in 5 days we had the towels changed only twice. The carpets are very dirty, probably very old too. The couch was also dirty and not comfortable to sleep on it. Breakfast and dinner food was of good quality. Plates, forks and knives were not cleaned properly. Paper napkins were missing on most of the tables. Staff was very friendly in most of the cases, this is a strength for the hotel. We would like to see this hotel refurbished as soon as possible, as it has a great value for the location and interior design, it can easily become a great place to stay.

Hotel Budapest is rated a 4 star hotel, I found the standard ordinary, air conditioning very poor. Had to get upgraded to the 15th floor for coming close a 4 star hotel & pay $50 per night extra.

The staff was great”

It is just a really nice place to stay.
