Excellent in Service Hotel & Great Location”
We were very satisfied with the whole service experience shown by the hotel. Great food, spacious and clean room, awesome hospitality, located very near to the airport. But, if you are looking for a direct ocean view, this hotel doesn’t have that view. It is more of an urban setting. The hotel has an in-house cafe and restaurant Henry’s as well. Good if you are planning for any mini celebration for any occassion or group business meetings. Security is good in this hotel. Good for honeymooners, business meetings, holiday vacation for solo, couples, families, and friends. Next to the hotel is Lippo Mall, with Venue of Stars, got to enjoy live music on weekends and variety of cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended and will come back definitely.

Perfect hotel in the heart of Kuta”
Our stay at Aryaduta was flawless. The staff was incredibly friendly! The breakfast buffet was huge with so many different choices and had an amazing view out to the ocean as the breakfast lounge was on rooftop. The infinity pool again with ocean views was to die for with a swim up bar. Rooms were super clean and we returned to perfectly made rooms every day. The only thing we could fault was the noise from other people in the hallways late at night (rooms not very sound proof) which didn’t spoil our trip very much. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our balk trip and Aryaduta was by far our favourite. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kuta.

Great value great location. ”
We needed an overnight close to the hot. While the Aryaduta is not impressive to drive up to, nor is the lobby, the rooms are excellent. Very clean, big, very comfortable beds, nice linens. We had breakfast included. Great value and extensive. after a day of touring, we elected to dine in and went to the buffet. Nice that it was on the rooftop, but food was just ok. I would return. Staff was lovely and very friendly fly and helpful.

Excellent value for money ”
I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough we had a luxury escape for eight nights. We have travelled Asia extensively for over 30 years and the service we received at Aryaduta was the best we have ever had. The breakfast was perfect staff were attentive to your every need rooms were grand and clean. The hotel has a great location next to a large mall theatre and a number of eateries for every taste

I’m a Bali regular so very impressed with the value for money at Aryaduta. Our room was fantastic with everything we needed. The rain fall shower head was an added bonus. Breakfast had a huge amount of variety. The pool area was lovely. I was also impressed with the gym. Staff were very professional and helpful. It is correct that there can be quite a trek to your room and the pool. I suggest asking for a room on level 1 as to get to breakfast you have to walk through most of level 2 and I would imagine that could be disturbing from the early risers going past your door. We were close to the Lippomall so loud til about 10:30pm which was fine by us but maybe not if you have little kids.

I booked 2 superior rooms, 2 months prior to our stay. A day before coming, I called and asked for rooms with connecting door. Turned out no superior room with connecting door. When we checked in, we were surprised that our rooms were upgraded to deluxe type and with connecting door. We stayed in for 4 nights. Staffs were nice, helpful and friendly. Food was great. And around 10-15 minutes walk to Jerman beach. Side by side with mall and dining area, with live music in the evening. 👍 We were happy during our stay. Thank you Aryaduta.

Excellent stay! Special thanks to Monica at the reception, she upgraded me to a room with a balcony even though the one I booked didn't have one and she was so kind enough to shift me to a room on the quieter part of the hotel away from the city side view. Really enjoyed the stay, right from the location, property grounds, friendly staff, the room and the balcony was so spacious, amenties, breakfast choices, view from the breakfast area on the rooftop etc. Would definitely come back again!

Hotel is tastefully decorated. The deluxe room i book is super BIG (well worth the monie) i read from review to request room away from the street n near to lift. the hotel cater to my request and i had the first room! Breakfast was average but the staff is very accommodative when i ask is there chicken sausage and they took the initiative to cook some for me. All the staff are very friendly and we had the pool to ourselves when we went over!

Location is close to the airport, although a little far away from the main part of Kuta. Hotel facilities were great and the rooms were a good size. Particularly liked the pool and bar area, was great having a drink in the pool! The shopping centre next door has a lovely food market area, which had live music every night we were there. Would happily return!

I spent 2 weeks there with my young family and we loved everything about it. Rooms are fantastic, great facilities and the staff are very friendly with very good customer service and specially the manage, she was fantastic. The location is ideal too. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip and I highly recommend it.

Big room, comfort & clean. Service are excellent. Whenever possible please avoid a room facing the main road. in the entrance of the mall, there will be live music. bit noisy.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in Bali so far. Large room , value for money for 5 stars hotel , the location was good also very close to ngurah rai Airport, and all the staff were very friendly, gentle and helpful, especially Ms Sukma the receptionist, she was very kind and very helpful, thanks for your services 🙂🙏

There is a big sofa in the room beside the beds and other furnitures. The room is big enough for the kids the running around. There is a mall beside the hotel and there is one more, but you need to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there. The staffs, wow, there are so friendly and nice. Big applause for them 👍

I have stayed at many hotels including in Bali. The first thing I can say is how lovely every single staff member is. At other hotels there are definitely some stand out staff and some average but every single staff was so genuinely friendly. I also would say this hotel is very good value. The rooms are clean, new, modern & large. Breakfast has a good variety. I would stay here with my kids as I would prefer a hotel with kids club or more kids activities but as a solo trip, couple, or family with older kids is great value.

Good Hotel, just needs to make the food quality better. Add fresh juice and cheese and more variety of bread to the breakfast. Also, need to react to calls from the rooms quicker and not leave the guest to wait 30 minutes until somebody answers the call.
