There was no TV no battery in the smoke detector, no tissue, & hairdryer was cracked. Would never recommend staying here!! You have to go to the hotel next door to register. Very dated rooms.

Not as nice as the pictures, no hospitality ”
Three stars for the price but other than keeping the rain off our head it was disappointing. The room wasn’t very clean, tidy, but not clean. A mirror had been removed but the wall tape pieces were still in place and rotting off the door. The beds were awful, sunken in on both beds in several places and I doubt the mattresses were ever turned. The staff was unpleasant and had no desire to be helpful or accommodating. The breakfast that was supposed to be included was at first said to be grab and go but the following morning there was nothing offered and when questioned about it we were told there was no breakfast being offered at all. Lousy room, lousy staff and misrepresented so I would not recommend staying here.

Bad Backs beware”
Beds were incredibly old. Our mattress sagged at least 6 inches in the middle. Our first stop home was to see a chiropractor! There idea of breakfast is a paper sack with a small juice box, an energy bar and some small industrial packaged muffins. Calling the front desk is an adventure. First try, they asked to put me on hold and as I said "sure" they hung up on me. Second try, they never answered. Check in was very confusing. Supposed to be "Howard Johnson" but the building with the Howard Johnson sing has no lobby: you need to go to the"Supper 8" motel next door to check in. Very odd! If you cannot sleep with road noise and trains passing all night, butter search elsewhere.

Get less for a high price”
I arrived at 2:50pm and asked if I could check in before 3:00pm. A lady answered me that there is no cleaned room available. So I waited 10 minutes and suddenly there were several rooms available at once. The motel was only partially occupied. I felt like I was getting screwed. Breakfast is a small lunch bag consisting of two small muffins, a small compote and a granola bar. I can't recommend the coffee, it's nasty junk. At least the room was clean and well equipped.

Breakfast and Room Cleaning”
The rooms have been renovated, which is a good thing. However, the breakfast -- a granola bar, packaged mandarin oranges, and a hostess dessert is not a breakfast -- it's a cheap sugar rush. More importantly, you have to tell the staff in advance if you want your room cleaned and new towels. They will not automatically clean your room unless you're staying four days and they don't inform guests of this at the check in.

We stayed one night during a road trip. We checked in late at night and had to go to the hotel next door. I think they are owned by the same company. The room was clean and comfortable. They offered free breakfast but the choices were very limited.

Don’t stop there ”
Ridiculously overpriced. Dirty rooms, dirty shower, toilet didn’t flush, heat dryer did not work, no breakfast at all, not even coffee - the machine is there but doesn’t work. No one cared about ice and snow build up in the parking area. Stay somewhere else.

There was trash under the TV. Glasses left behind the bed and had a 1 year old with me and got charged for 2 pets. This place is a joke. The super 8 has cleaner and cheaper rooms

Stylish, clean and comfortable rooms ! Amazing location. Several restaurants in a walking distance, 6 min drive to Downtown Flagstaff.
