      The vincent at the front desk is great. The three major languages ​​of Malaysia seem to speak well. The Chinese is fluent and the service is attentive. Even the cleaning staff wester and ann are very friendly. The interior facilities of the room are very good, which is suitable for business travellers. There is a refrigerator where you can put a bottle of champagne. There is a sofa in the room where you can have a drink with friends while talking. The bed was comfortable. The hotel location is also very good, only 5 minutes to gaya street and 7 minutes to imago mall. You can exchange money downstairs without having to go that far. Walk across to Asia City and walk straight to this welcome seafood. It's very convenient to call a car in the early morning. It's very convenient to call a car here just by grab apps. If I were to use a word to describe it, it would be "Great!"

      Nice location where there's a lot of nearby restaurants and stores to go to. The room we got was very big and spacious! Beds are very comfy, sofa area very nice, TV has a lot of channels, and there's even a microwave and mini-fridge! Bathroom was very fancy-looking, clean and provides a hairdryer. Although there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and it does not have smooth drainage (need to wait a minute for the water to drain completely in the shower). I do sincerely hope the management can fix that issue since other aspects of the hotel is 10/10!

      Amazing Stay”

      Was helped by a very nice and friendly lady that take care of the reception, she welcome us with a warm smile. The room was super cozy and it was exactly like in the picture. I love the sofa and the bed, it was a matching set. They provide microwave and mini fridge, which was a bonus points for me. Aircond was cold too. Bathroom was clean and with water heater plus hair dryer. Loved my stay here, will surely go again 😊

      Nice staying here. The price is cheaper but the room are spacious and bigger than some deluxe room in certain hotel. Interior design is nice too. We're in town late evening and suddenly decide to stay for 2 nights. Found Hotspot while searching nearby area. Self check in instructions was clear. Add on point it's next to self laundry. Will stay here again when come to this city next time

      Room very spacious..very comfy bed and have sofa as well..bathroom is clean and generous size (maybe can install bidet sprayer to those prefer cleaning with water). My room is a bit noisy because facing the main buzy road, might be a problem for those light sleeper. Location is the focal point here, everywhere is just a walking distance.
