This hotel nearby with elite residential. Located in Pakuwon Indah the shopping mall just in front of your eyes approx 50 meter. You can get taxi or Uber for your next destination in Surabaya City. Surrounded by good food and also places to hang out. We booked this hotel twice before and after our road trip. Travelling with a toddler and baby, the room is spacious to roam around. Definitely back to this hotel again. Do note for exclusive pumping mother, the fridge not so cold.

We choose the hotel because our family stay in the area. Worth the price. it's near to supermal, the loop (like foodcourt), hokky supermarket, ranch market, beside hotel there are a lot od restaurants as well

Our stay in Ibis Budget has been wonderful. The room was clean and their breakfast is good. Their service is exceptional. Kudos to Ms Ika and Mr Hendra for making us feel at home. They assisted us beyond their duties as hotel staff and for that we are grateful. One of the best hotels service we have ever experienced.

Booked 2 bedroom unit, got free upgrade to 3 bedroom unit. Too much space for my family. LOL Nice neighbourhood, got own supermarket inside which is a big plus.

I went here because the room price is very cheap, less than Rp 100,000/night, including breakfast, though its only fried rice with egg and bread with milk for two guest, but adequate for a basic business traveler who went early and back afternoon for rest only purpose. It's probably my bad luck. But the last time i'm here the AC is so hot. I had to call the reception till 3 times. and can go to sleep after we moved to another room. i got no sleep all night and can get sleep after 5am. i hope the hotel can increase the value of the hotel

Location is perfect near Pakuwon Shopping Mall, and just a few step to buy groceries in Hokky... A perfect place for relaxing... Good vibe and very calm environment... Just lack of variety and taste on the breakfast... So far this hotel is value for money...

Service is good, car parking, security 24h make me comfort and safe.. Great location, near acces to jalan tol putat gede, Near shopping center like Lenmarc only 5minute from this place, Pakuwon only 10minute, Ciputra World only 15minute Thanks victory

everything just fine, i just stay at night because at should do some activity. but the room are clean, comfort and the most important, the staff are very friendly
