We stayed at Sheraton for 2 nights, very nice moments. Receptionist gave us warm greetings and also welcome drink. We're very thankful as they up graded our room without additional charges. Appreciated for all staff performances, full of hospitality. Location is good next to restaurants, art market and public massage. Very good location, Senggigi beach is just accross the road. Have KFC accross the road also, so it's good for family with young children, and also cafe and bars. Our room was facing the road, so we can hear the live music from the bar. Very friendly staffs, big thank you for Pak Reno who helped me with packaging. The room is awesome, love the Lombok pattern decorati...Very good location, Senggigi beach is just accross the road. The decoration is carefully crafted with Lombok patterns, so eventhough it's a modern hotel it doesn't loose its Lombok identity. My son (he's 8) loves the room and surroundings, and couldn't stop screaming for joy when he saw the room. I would definitely come back there. Thank you Aruna, we had the best time there!

Core hotel was a nice stay. Centrally located, you could walk almost anywhere that is worthwhile in Senggigi. This area is also good as a hub to come back to after day trips exploring the north western region of Lombok. Only average thing about this place was the breakfast, but that really didnt matter as you can get a decent breaky walking just down the road. All up, i would recommend this place as a great place to stay!

The rooms are very comfortable with stacks of antique wooden furniture and excellent outside bathrooms with modern fittings. The hotel grounds are immaculately kept and the pool is a delight. We just couldn't understand how we were virtually the only people staying here! The hotel has it's own spa too. Only downsides were the slightly overpriced restaurant and having to use the wi fi internet at either the restaurant or lobby - the signal wasn't strong enough to reach the rooms. Breakfast was the best we've encountered in Indonesia with a full Western or Indonesian buffet available. Loved it!

Their pool is near the Senggigi beach ... Oh, btw, this hotel is located in front of Senggigi beach. So either you just want to sit and relax beside the pool with the beach view, or you just go out and walk on the beach ...

Beautiful hotel, great nature, amazing view, 100% relaxing, very clean pool, nice breakfast (buffet). Great bedding, clean towels, beach towels provided too. However the bathroom aren't scrubbed, just cleaned on the surface. Plumbing sometimes problematic. Right in front of Senggigi beach. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. They carry your luggage to your bungalow...Beautiful hotel, great nature, amazing view, 100% relaxing, very clean pool, nice breakfast (buffet). friendly welcome on arrival, & lovely friendly staff & service during our stay. not many tourists so we were very spoilt with the pool to ourselves every day, breakfast was basic but more than enough for us, our room was on the 2nd level so we had the nicest views out to sea. the room was spacious & definately nice & clean. a shame there is no wifi, however we had wi...friendly welcome on arrival, & lovely friendly staff & service during our stay. not many tourists so we were very spoilt with the pool to ourselves every day, breakfast was basic but more than enough for us, our room was on the 2nd level so we had the nicest views out to sea. the room was spacious & definately nice & clean. a shame there is no wifi, however we had wifi at most of the restaurants we ate at night, all adjacent to the hotel. we hired a motorbike so had no problems getting around, however even not leaving senggigi there is plenty to see & do. the souvenir shop i frequented was great, (bayan souvenir)all fixed prices & so cheap compared to all the arty shops around. we would definately recommend bukit senggigi hotel for many reaasons, one of the nicest places overall on this trip.

This hotel also got swimming pool and the decoration was nice but it just simple one. The hotel currently doing building extension but it neither disturb us. The staff was very helpful and warm welcome by them will be a good experience for us and forsure we will come back here once we in senggigi.

Cons: The aircond in our room is quite noisy, perhaps service arrangement is required. Complimentary breakfast choice is limited - bread with butter & jam, choose either pancake or eggs + a plate of fruits and coffee/tea. I think can be more variety. No hair dryer in room may find troublesome for ladies.
