The hotel is just within 2 minutes walk when I come out from the metro "Charles de Gaulle – Étoile". Travelers can arrive hotel from CDG Airport or Paris Nord station conveniently from the RER line. The hotel itself is very grand and comfortable. The gym and fitness area is located on the top floor and I had a good workout in the morning, when the sunlight shines throu...

Delighted to share the experience of one of the very good properties in prime location of Paris, Hotel Balzac. With just couple of minutes of action, it was an excellent location, where one never missed any action in the heart of Paris, Champs Elysees. Our room was comfortable and quite clean. Staff was very cordial and prompt in their service. It was a good breakfast ...

The reception was friendly and welcoming and answer all our questions, offered us maps when we did not ask for it (Thumbs up!) Lobby had a lovely snacks and drinks corner for guest like us who are tired or hungry after exploring the city to get some snacks before going back to our room. Biscuits and sweets are so TASTY! Housekeeping was great, room is always cleaned af...

Myself and my sixteen year old daughter arrived at approx mid-day Room was not ready but we were told by lovely staff member it would only be about ten minutes - which it was and to our surprise we were told that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room at the front of hotel with a balcony. Room was lovely - amazing pillows and very spacious for a Paris hotel. We were l...

We booked the deluxe room, it is a very comfortable big room with a big windows that you can see the garden restaurant. Bathroom is large, enough for 2 people to use at the same time. Air-conditioning is good, no need to worry if you are from tropical countries. Water pot is available inside the room, you can make hot tea or coffee by yourself. There is ice machine pro...

Nothing more could’ve said about the hotel, but it was without doubt one of the best experiences we had staying in Paris. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and we received an upgrade when we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon. Would definitely wanna stay here again!

I love this place, the room is clean, big and cozy. It has all the modern amenities you will need like the flat screen TV, hair dryer, big ref, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer and complete pans, plates, cups, etc. Good thing is they allow 4 persons/adults in the suite so we had the best family bonding while we are there. The only down side for me is that the ...

Spent 4 nights in a Deluxe Plus room. Lobby, patio and breakfast area are WOW !. The room spacious, very clean, big LCD, coffee/tea facilities, a bath and a separate shower. Super comfortable bed/pillow/dovet. The staff was the friendliest and the most attentive I have encountered: truely willing to fulfill your requests, and always with a smile. The closest Metr...

Nice hotel, rooms are not small, the staff is very co operative. I reached at 10am and got an early check in. Metro station 5 mins away and the Champs Elyse is a 10 mins walk. Lots of eating options on the La Boyce street. Off the main street and hence nice and quite. They have a buffet breakfast which I did not try. They have a small complimentary mini bar which is ni...

You could walk to the Arc de Triomphe!! So close, and very close to train stations too! Hotel is situated on a nice quiet area but you can just walk straight to the city centre in 20mins! There was some mix-up with the room key on the first night we stayed there but the next morning the staff fixed everything for us and also were very enthusiastic.

Incredible experience near to the city central easy to find restaurants and shooping places. Like the environment easy to shop around and to the attraction like ac de triumph, eiffel tower, place de la concorde, n many more. The room is quite big and nice shower place. The bed was comfortable. There's many pastries and food around the hotel the staff was very friendly ...

We were extremely happy to have found this cozy hotel in Paris city center and would love to recommend it to all our friends. First of all, the location is superb -- 1.5 blocks away from Champs Elysees (Franklin Roosevelt roundabout). Very easy access to metro station and convenient to reach literally all tourist places in the city. There are also many choices of ...

located near the place de la concorde this hotel is perfect for everyone who wants to explore paris by foot until late in the night. it is also ideal for everyone who loves shopping. the rooms are relatively big for paris standards. the staff is very helpful but seems not very friendly.

Train station was across, very near to anywhere and walking to Galeries Lafayette too. Summer sale time is best to be in this hotel I guess. There are various pubs/bars behind hotel - i went to watch World Cup and cheered with the French. Was awesome! WIFI - almost forget to mention. It is my only negative feedback. ERRATIC and we cannot get most of the time during our...

We went to Paris for 4 days and 3 nights. It was a very good location, it was near the Opera and there were stations for hop on hop off bus and Roissy Bus going to the airport. It was also near Place de Clinchy train station so it was easy to go to places. It was a budget hotel but over-all it was a pleasant stay.

We booked this hotel online with ease. I emailed them a few days later asking if they provided a tranfer service from the airport to the hotel. They emailed be back straight away saying they did not however, they did offer a service from the hotel to the airport. We did avail of this for our departure as it was private and reasonably priced. This hotel is convenient...

This is a colourful boutique hotel located just off Champ Elysees. It is a wonderful location for shopping. Louis Vuitton is located just 2 min away, while the Arch de Triomphe is approx 5 min. Took the Deluxe Room and didn't regret. The size of the room was not gigantic, but it was adequate enough to open luggages and move around. The bathroom had a nice bath tub and ...

The location of this hotel is perfect. It's a minute away from Champs Elysees, a walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Louis Vuitton and Bulgari are just around the corner. The room we stayed in is gorgeous and staff provided excellent housekeeping. Comparing this to the other hotels we stayed at in Europe during our trip, this hotel had the best ho...

I am most impressed about one of their staff, her name is Maud, she is warm and always helpful and went and beyond her duties. She helped us with our Uber problem and restaurant reservation! She also assured us that she’s there to help if we need anything! The best customer service I received in Europe by far! And this made me love my stay in La Maison .. the pretty an...

It was very pleasant except for the slow air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable and the location is just 20 meters from Place Madeleine. I will definitely stay again in the same hotel when I am in Paris. It's a small and comfortable hotel. No frills but it suited my purpose. I've found my new home in Paris.

We have absolutely no complaints. The hotel was very comfortable and accommodating. It is ideally located next to two Metro stations and 10 minutes walk from Place de Concord. Restaurants abound near by too. We did not eat at the hotel and therefore I could not score it.

Arrived at the hotel at 7 am There was no room was ready, I waited more than two hours trying to enter after a long journey. The hotel made an offer for upgrades with the addition of 240 uro per night, it was a very good offer from the hotel. the Prince De Galles very distinct in the services and proximity to and is one of the luxury hotels in Paris. That the mo...

Sofitel Paris Le Faubourg Hotel located in good central area for shopping to Rue Saint Honore and walking istance to Printemps and Galleries La Fayette. Close to metro, Tuilleries Gardens, Louvre and Musee D'Orsayand Musee L'orangerie. Lots of Resturants, cafes and bars close and area felt safe and clean. Hotel felt light and well furnished, staff freindly and helpful...

we booked this hotel at last minute as we forgot about our accomodation, and i'm so glad we did. i think if we had more time we'd probably have skipped over it. we were desperate and chose this hotel, and it was the best place we've stayed all trip. the reception staff were incredibly nice, check in and out was so easy and quick. the rooms were a decent size for the t...

The Marignan hotel is in the heart of the Champs Elysee shopping area which is in an excellent location near the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe (abt 15 min walk) and near the Franklin Roosevelt metro which is a 5 min walk. We could go out shopping at Prada, Nina Ricci and Zara, etc which is next to the hotel. There is a cute fancy lift in the hotel for an 8 store...

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff was really helpful. The hotel was located close to the Louver, right next to La Madeleine and Place de la Concord. There are 2 metro stations near by. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast perhaps is not their best feature but it is ok as there are 3-4 restaurants right across the street from the hotel.

Rooms are small, but they are the same everywhere in Paris. The decor is beautiful, neatly done rooms. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Bathrooms are also small but functional. Only thing missing is a tea and coffee maker in the room. The rooms also have AC, which a lot of hotels do not have. The concierge was not the best we have had, was suggesting places ...

As always, Hilton is an excellent hotel and just so happy that staff also reflects the great atmosphere of this hotel. It serves a beautiful place for such an amazing and lovely city-Paris. The only downside is that it’s quite a walk from ‘touristy’ destinations but if one knows how to use the metro, it’s great! Metros and bus are just right across the street so transp...

Charming, older smaller hotel - other complained about shabbiness, I found it rather charming - yes we had a stain on the carpet, but the decor suited the age of the hotel - all staff that we interacted with were most helpful & you walk around the corner & you’re on the champs élysées beside the arc de triomphe - met all our needs
