"The room is good, clean and comfortable. But the view is super bad (we can see only the wall and buildings #508) even though I requested good view for my anniversary trip. I got a table at white box restaurant as requested but there are some miscommunication among your team and make me confused a bit, but it’s ok. The experience at White box is fantastic if don’t mind about food took quite long time to be serve, food discrepancy and billing discrepancy, anyway staff are well manner after all. The pool tile are broken and very dangerous, need urgently action on it. The breakfast is nice. "

"Excellent resort next to wonderful beach which is quite exclusive. Small separate homes / rooms for guests which is good for privacy. However everything is super noisy when large groups book this hotel for company vacations. Too much noise till late night. "

"Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was clean and our beachfront villa was directly in front of beach. Only thing we would not rate this as a 4 star hotel because of missing amenities. It was a two level room with bathroom on both levels, but the first day they didn’t put towels on first level. Also in my travels, most hotel room have extra rolls of toilet paper, but we had to call for extra. In the kitchen space, there was no microwave and no dishes and utensils. There was a room safe, but not bolted down, so it can easily be carried away (lol). The restaurant and service was very good, but would like to see more vegetarian options. Breakfast was also good, and also missing vegetarian options, but they prepared a vegetarian dish for us without any charge, since breakfast is included. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gym is very nice and pool facilities are beautiful. Beach front has no beach chairs. Other than these few things that can be improved, we enjoyed our stay, loved the room and we were happy with service. We would definitely stay here again. There is parking."
