"Great little camp for a peaceful stay. Very clean and well maintained. All accommodation types lovely. Morning and evening cool weather but afternoon VERY hot. Friendly staff and great food. Bit overpriced but still will go back in cooler weather. Had a great stay!"

"A wonderful place, warmly recommended. Not easy to get to though, at least two hours out of Chiang Mai. As accommodation is essentially open to insects and bed is protected by mosquito net only, visitors should also do a few minutes of research or chat to a doctor re Malaria etc. as the North of Thailand is the place where all recent strains of the multi-drug resistant Malaria parasite have emerged. Memorable though if you get there and the owner is great and very friendly. "

"We had a great time. The staff were so sweet. Perhaps a little overpriced but we still felt it was good value. Food was good and plentiful. The area was about half way between Doi Intanon and Chiangmai which is a little far from both but it had its own beauty and we were surrounded by nature. A short walk in the mornings found us at beautiful water falls and wild elephants."

"It was not just a campsite, not just a glampsite, but a secret community living on a paradise-like grounds. I can live here forever! The "villas" had beds and a bathroom that were cleaner and more comfortable than some hotels! There wasn't much going on at night - the promised movie under the stars didn't happen but we didn't pursue it and just went to hang out in our tent. The kids were happy to just run around the campfire. Pity we could only manage to book one night in our stay in Chiang Mai, it was such a great destress and relax sleep for us. We like the location but it helped that we rented a car, would advise anyone coming to drive here. The BBQ was fabulous (in fact too much) in style, quantity and taste, but the meats were quite tough. I'll buy my own variety of meats next time. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially frying up our own farm eggs!"

"no creature comforts as you’d expect from a honestly but the rooms are separate from the family home so you don’t really get that homestay experience. The bed was reasonable but the bathroom didn’t have a sink or proper drainage (hole in the side of the building, no grate) so washing your hands meant flooding the place. There wasn’t much to do in the surrounding area and breakfast was pretty bad - a kind of rice soup with minced beef. Dinner was cheap but good, though. The staff are nice people but I wouldn’t stay there again."

Although secluded a bit, it pays off when you see the view and the facilities there. Very clean and taken care of, rooms and gardens as well. Had a camp fire made for us as well, good food and massage, as well as other activities like rafting. We had quite a hard time communicating in english with everyone, but everyone did their best and were patient and willing.

Interesting location of this place, it is situation at the foot of the hills which can be very cooling in the night. Away from the city where there is no of any air condition in the night. Rooms r clean enough for most people with great gas heated shower to warm you up in the night.
