Our stay here was great! It is in a very nice location, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They also gave us free umbrellas and a seemingly endless supply of free water bottle vouchers. The bar upstairs has a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower, which was very surreal to me to look at at night over a drink. They als...

Outstanding from the time of arrival - with a warm and personal welcome- thru to our departure feeling we were leaving as friends. The staff at this hotel go above and beyond in their care and attention and are the heart and soul of this hotel We were upgraded to an amazing room , helped with planning the final touches to our wedding and surprised with rose petals on o...

Would definitely stay in this hotel again, this is the best of several I have stayed at in the last few years. The location was first class, close to lovely restaurants and the Metro. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the superior room was well worth the extra.

I don't know if others would consider this as a boutique hotel, but I do. It's a small, private hotel with great staff who are not only friendly, but also very, very helpful and will provide you with the best solutions for all your travel needs. My bedroom has a small balcony which looks out to Champs Elysees and the hotel is within walking distance to Avenue Champ Ely...

Hotel big advantage is it’s staff....excellent cooperative......and helpful....room having good facilities......I was scared after some review, but actual treatment was completely different and that was a pleasantly surprising....,no breakfast booked ,so cannt comment...all in all better than a 3 star but given 4 star because of the reception people...

We planned our whole trip to Paris with the idea of staying in an affordable hotel in a cutting edge area. We booked through the Agoda app our stay in Hotel B Square in the Batignolles area expecting a good budget hotel due to the reviews on TripAdvisor but it exceeded our expectations. From the lobby to the guest room we had a great overall stay at this lodging. The s...

When we first booked the hotel, we went through several reviews before finally deciding to pick the Timhotel Paris XVII BD Berthier. Although it is 15 mins away from Central Paris, the metro is just across the hotel. Paris is easily accessible via the metro network, so no worries on getting there. The staff was very helpful to us and we would like to highlight 2 partic...

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The Japanese toilet was different but was a added feature to the room. We did try to order room service once but they didn't have half the menu options available which was a little disappointing. The restaurant just across the road from the hot...

All in all, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay at Harvey Hotel. The owner and one of his staff named Stephanie were all willing to help, guiding each visitor on directions and destinations. The room is small but comfortable enough. There were basic amenenities but i was out most of the time anyway. Check in, check-out were a breeze. And there are a lot of restaurant...

It was great for a short stay. The taxi stand was right outside the hotel and there were many wonderful restaurants, seafood/steak places, down the street. There was a metro underground about 3 minutes away I think it was Neuilly and many bistros. The champs elysee was a stones throw away, so an early morning or late night walk was always a pleasure. The hotel boasts o...

Located in good working class Paris area. We were with our twelve year old son and never felt unsafe. I liked the location because we discovered how working people of Paris actually live. A variety of markets, bakeries and cafes and restaurants surrounding hotel. Le Championette by Guy Moquet metro station was enjoyable. Cheaper options are available. Desk staff i...

The room size has been comprimised for style. The double room was more sized for a single person, not enough room for 2 suitcases, a bit tight for getting dressed and not quite enough shelves in the bathroom but apart from that a very well kept, modern and chic hotel, in a good place close to Champs Elysees and close to a great bistro on the corner for that refreshing...

The location is great, very handy to the underground and other attractions. The staff are friendly. We stayed there for a week. Everything was perfect till the second last night----the air-conditioning in our room broke down in the second last night and we had to move to another room--a pretty small room. The problem can;t be fixed and we had to move to another room in...

We loved our stay in this hotel! Booking was easy via Agoda and payment method was convenient, we used credit card. The management was very accomodating with our request, since its our 1st time in Paris, we wanted a room with a view, so we asked a room with a balcony and it was easily granted. The receptionists were very nice and friendly, and most of all they can unde...

It was brilliant. Mr. Habib(receptionist) was very very helpful, he gives you a warm welcome and he's very very friendly, most of them are but I'm giving the credits most to Mr.habib. The room is clean. I've stayed there for 6 days and each time I come back to the room, the room is always clean and new sets of towels are changed. There's only one thing bad about this ...

The hotel is near metro station Charles de Gaulles Etoile, so there is lots of restaurants around the hotel and it is situated next to the shopping area (by foot). The room has lots of space (I was upgraded for a bigger room at my arrival), very nice decorated, clean, and with all necessary amenities. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

after a month of traveling I found this hotel to be one of the very very best. staff were very attentive and particularly emparhic and helpful when my phone was pickpocketed on the metro. a few good restaurants nearby the big one opposite the metro is great! breakfast lunch or dinner. rooms at the hotel are comfortable and have amazingi rainfall walk in showers. t...

Very great stay! Great room with great price! New, clean, well designed, Big TV with apple TV and strong wifi, served with loccitane shampoo and shower gel. Anyway is abit small space in the room but it's fine for couple. Very very friendly staffs. Very helpful and friendly, speaks fluent English! They told us whats happening on paris when we were there and we manage t...

This hotel is okay for the price. It's close to the metro and two stops down from the main avenues like Champs Elysees and Trocadéro. Thé hôtel and the room itself is a bit worn down although the room is clean and spacious. Definitely more spacious than an Ibis. There are some restaurants and pubs nearby. The room had a musty smell that didn't go off even after leav...

I booked this hotel through agoda, when I checked in I didn't need to fill in any forms, they just welcomed me and showed us to our room. The same happened on the way out. I have been to many hotels around the world and this has to be the best check in and out experience I have ever had.. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was easy to get to and so very clo...

May I not to recommend this hotel to anyone else? Since the hotel is the best hotel I have been ever stayed, best location, best condition of cleaness, very reasonable price (compare with rest of Paris hotel), nice breakfast (even with bread and some cold things only) and the most important is staffs are great!!! If i recommend to anyone, I may not able to reserve this...

We visited from the US and found the hotel very convenient to the metro (~5 minute walk) and the Arc de Triomphe, which is right outside the metro station. The hotel is on a mostly quiet street across from a pretty apartment building. The hotel itself is an older building, hence the limited number of electrical outlets, but has been updated and is very clean with a con...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and pleasured with the stay. The location is very good, near metro and in the good quarter. The room was big. We travelled with the baby and we could place the folding baby cot, stroller, car seat and two cases in our room and there was a space for baby to move. The reception staff was very helpful. It were only 2 cons: the elevator...

The hotel only need 1-3minutes from the subway, near kebab store, pastry, really close to Arc de Tripmphe (you can reach it only by walk), cheap minimarket.. and almost everything. The staffs there really polite, good english, and also nice. The room was big. 1 bed + 1 sofa (I think it was sofa bed?), has clean bathroom with bathub, toileteries, and everything. The be...

Stayed at the Banville for 6 nights while vacationing in Paris and really enjoyed my stay. Well located hotel on both the metro 3 line and the RER C line which made getting around Paris easy and economical. Would have liked to have a few more restaurants open in the evening for dinner but I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The hotel claim to have a concierge, but when you ask the staff to assist you with finding a location or making bookings for certain activities, then they become visibly annoyed. The room had no kettle and coffee or tea which is a standard facility in all hotels I've been to. We booked & paid for a Superior Double Room only to find a room with 2 single beds put next to...

Spotless 3 star hotel in a good location. The breakfast room was a joy and the food in the buffet beautifully presented. There are lots of bars and restaurants close bye. Easy walking distance from metro, Arc de Triumphe and Champes Élysée. Free coffee in the lobby

I stayed at the XO Hotel for 3 nights and it was awesome! The staff made my stay very easy and they were extremely helpful and very friendly. My room was tidy, had all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. It was a little bit more expensive than some of the other places I looked at but it was a bit nicer too. It’s a little bit far from the major tourist attrac...
