I booked this hotel on my last day in Surabaya due to my early flight. During the time I stay,the hotel provided excellent service and there's also free shuttle bus to go to the Airport which is very convenient. Variety choice of breakfast and staffs there were very active.

I used this hotel as a stopover from the airport. Its located about 5 mins taxi from the airport and about 20 mins from the bus station. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with good aircon, hot water, TV and so on. WiFi was fast with good coverage. It is a hotel in the airport, Terminal 1. It has a free shuttle bus right in front of the hotel (downstairs) to Terminal 2 at every 20 minutes. Please take note that the first shuttle bus would only start at 5.20 a.m. If you have to arrive at Terminal 2 earlier, you have to use a taxi. There is no fixed price for the taxi. Need to bargain. Hotel is conveniently located close to Surabaya airport. In general it's clean and the rooms are a decent size. The workers are very friendly and they help you with everything. The room is big enough. Maybe the bathroom could be cleaner.

I've had a pleasant, quiet stay. The owner was really friendly, and generously offered me a delicious homemade dinner. The backside garden had a lot of mosquitoes, therefore, I preferred to sit in the front terrace. It was very easy to get a Grab taxi to catch my early morning flight (26k incl. airport fee).
