Surrounded by good food and also places to hang out. We booked this hotel twice before and after our road trip. Travelling with a toddler and baby, the room is spacious to roam around. Definitely back to this hotel again. Do note for exclusive pumping mother, the fridge not so cold.

I booked specifically for the location for my needs but even so travelling by train meant an hour journey and a 100k rupiah taxi ride each way. Best suited to those with their own transport. Helpful staff in reception. Would have preferred to order individual breakfast items to chose not to have the buffet breakfast.

Our stay in Ibis Budget has been wonderful. The room was clean and their breakfast is good. Their service is exceptional. Kudos to Ms Ika and Mr Hendra for making us feel at home. They assisted us beyond their duties as hotel staff and for that we are grateful. One of the best hotels service we have ever experienced.

Booked 2 bedroom unit, got free upgrade to 3 bedroom unit. Too much space for my family. LOL Nice neighbourhood, got own supermarket inside which is a big plus.

surprisingly, this is a clean and reasonable budget hotel. the hotel is located in darmo permai area, a nice housing complex in suburb of surabaya. the location is close to several shopping centers. the hotel itself is also relatively close to darmo permai traditional market, which can be very crowded in the morning until around nooon and make the road towards the hote...

I went here because the room price is very cheap, less than Rp 100,000/night, including breakfast, though its only fried rice with egg and bread with milk for two guest, but adequate for a basic business traveler who went early and back afternoon for rest only purpose. It's probably my bad luck. But the last time i'm here the AC is so hot. I had to call the reception till 3 times. and can go to sleep after we moved to another room. i got no sleep all night and can get sleep after 5am. i hope the hotel can increase the value of the hotel

Whiz Prime Hotel Darmo Harapan Surabaya has the clean room, quite neighborhood and Friendly staff. The location of this hotel so far from the city center of Surabaya, no sign can show the location to this hotel clearly. And the swimming pool facilities outside hotel but still in the hotel area. I recommended this hotel.

Service is good, car parking, security 24h make me comfort and safe.. Great location, near acces to jalan tol putat gede, Near shopping center like Lenmarc only 5minute from this place, Pakuwon only 10minute, Ciputra World only 15minute Thanks victory

everything just fine, i just stay at night because at should do some activity. but the room are clean, comfort and the most important, the staff are very friendly
