Stayed 3 nights in April. Arrived at Mactan, Cebu airport and took a metered cab to hotel costing about 200 Peso. Room was huge and beds were comfy. There was cable tv, bath tub and safe avail inside. Got a room on the 6th floor therefore not much view to see though. Also the aircon was a individual unit and not centralised thus allowing to control your own temperatures. Nice Swimming pool was located at the 3rd floor and there was a sauna attached in the toilet. However, sadly even during the afternoon from 12-2pm there was no sunlight and couldnt get a tanned. Breakfast has a reasonable variety of food of both international and asian fare. However, no live station around thus unable to choose your type of eggs. Only scramble was available. Location wise is perfect. Just across the road is Ayala Center and also a chimney bus interchange. Otherwise is a short 5-10 mins taxi ride to SM Mall, IT mall, Mango Sq and Waterfront Casino. However, the nearest 7-11 is about a good 10mins walk away One point to note is the hotel policy of not allowing you to joint two singles bed together (if you are thinking of saving money to book that instead ) as they can charge you 2000 peso for doing that. However, Front desk staffs were patient and at no point did they lost their cool trying their best to explain this policy to me and their best to help even though i felt that this was a ridiculous policy. Overall, 4 star hotel 3 star price. Will definetly return to stay 😃

I only stayed for one night so next time I'm in Cebu City, I would stay here again. The room is lovely, tastefully decorated, excellent location (near Ayala Center and IT park) and clean (very important!). It has large glass windows so you can get a nice view of the city from your room. It has complete facilities, almost everything that you needed for a comfortable stay is there – cable TV, in-room safe, toiletries, towels, water heater for coffee and tea, and a mini bar (the food and drinks are not free). There are no bed room slippers though. I like the bed. It was big and cozy with white clean sheets which I really like so I had a good night sleep. I also like the hot and cold shower. No problems on the water pressure even though we're on the 16th floor. I had a very relaxing shower after a long day. I cannot comment on the food because I didn't avail of the room with breakfast buffet. I didn't try to eat at the restaurant either. Ayala Center was just right across the street so we had a lot of food choices. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends!

My mom and I went to Cebu last October 2017. My mom is a senior citizen, that’s why I made sure that our vacation would be fun, hassle free and relaxing. Thanks to Agoda and Cebu Diamond Suites and Residences we really had a great time staying in the hotel. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the breakfast buffet. The location is superb! It is near the ayala center mall (just 3 mins. Walking distance) easy access for restaurants and souvenir shops!

Booked here for 9 days in April 2017 to recover from knee surgery based on the reviews for a great bed. Pillows is so much more: very clean, fantastic crew that is not just polite but happy and a nice breakfast to start the day. This is a budget hotel so there is no fridge or coffee maker but you will enjoy your stay and you are close to everything. Ayala mall is a short cab ride away. The staff here will have you coming back and the guests were a wide variety of different nationalities. Great little hotel.

I have been coming here to the 'Montebello Villa' Hotel for eight years. I come once or twice a year and always stay here. There are other hotels in Cebu in the same price range, but this is the best value for your money. They have been remodeling the hotel bit by bit, and the improvements are outstanding. The hotel is located in Banilad - Apas area, across the boulevard from UC Cebu behind a small mall. The mall is very convenient within walking distance. The staff here at the Montebello are outstanding and sometimes they accept interns from the HRM program at UC. The hotel has beautiful gardens, a number of pools a beauriful terrace ans resturant poolside. I can only give them 5 stars, I wish there were 6 available. JoeKanoguy

This is a nice hotel in a very good location as it is near Ayala center. The room was big with a small sala before the bedroom and two bathrooms. There were four of us and each has a bed. This came with a complimentary breakfast and the price of the room? Almost 100usd which is a bargain. The bed was hard though and the pillows not soft. But this is real value for money. The breakfast was forgettable but for the price we paid there is no reason to complain.

Radisson Blu has been my favorite city hotel in Cebu during my frequent visits to the Philippine's oldest city lately. It is just right next to the gigantic mall, SM City Cebu, whose owner also owns the hotel. If the Ayala Center Mall has Marriott adjacent to it, then SM City Cebu has Radisson. Although I prefer Ayala Center to SM, I would still choose Radisson over Marriott. I have also stayed a few times in Marriott and it pales in comparison to Radisson's grand lobby, pool, spa and of course great food. I have one complaint during one of my stays in the hotel and it was related to making up the room. The previous night I had an in-room massage using my own exotic oil so the next day I really requested my room to be made up. The night I came back to my room it still smelled of the massage oil as the beddings were not changed. I furiously relayed my disappointment to the housekeeping. Anyway I think this was a one-off experience as I previously has in-room massages before in this hotel and the next day my room was free of the oil smell.

We had a pleasant stay and I'd say we'll stay there again when we return to Cebu. The good: It looks/feels/smells clean everywhere -- from the lobby to the hallways and the room. Feels cool everywhere, it may make you not want to leave when it's hot outside. Room and even the bathroom are also spacious. Dining area is also spacious and the breakfast is good. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Pop art everywhere! (And some are for sale) The not so good: Not walking distance to the major commercial centers (Ayala Center, IT Park, etc). Most are a ride away but traffic can become bad during rush hours. But, there are a couple of smaller commercial centers (Banilad Town Center, Gaisano Country Mall) within walking distance.

The location was very convenient. It's very near SM City Cebu and Ayala Center Cebu. I can easily ride a jeepney from my office or conveniently book a Grab Car or hail a taxi. I slept well even during day time as it was very quiet (maybe because I was booked in a corner room). Breakfast was very basic, nothing fancy but was not a big deal for me since I was after my sleeping hours than having a feast. They provide towels and basic toiletries. One thing I would like to suggest is that you put a door for the CRs in the single room because I find it "very open".

It's our 1st time in Cebu so we really need a great place to stay and were glad that we choose Holiday Spa Hotel. It's not difficult to find the hotel since most of the cab drivers are familiar in the hotel's location. They also have their own taxi named Holiday Taxi. If you need to go to the main road it's 1 to 2 minute walk from the hotel or you can ask the reception to call for a cab to pick you up. Hotel only got 2 floors,we stayed in the 2nd flr with windows where you can see the big pool. Room service is 24 hours but if you need to order food beyond 10pm it's not possible since the coffee shop inside the hotel is closed by that time but the reception will give you different brochures of fast food restaurants that you can call and deliver the food in your hotel room. Banilad name of the place where the hotel is located is near in Cebu Business Park (Ayala Center Cebu), Asiatown I.T Park (call centers & BPO), Waterfront hotel and Casino and SM Cebu City.From the hotel, it's also 1 jeepney or taxi ride to Colon (it's like recto or divisoria in Manila) where Magellan's Cross and Basilica de Sto. Nino is located. Basically, the location of the hotel is very accessible in any popular destination in Cebu.

We had a nice experience. The staff are always smiling and very accommodating and even ushered us to our room and carried our baggage when we checked in . They also carried our luggage to our cab when we checked out. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. Breakfast is not buffet though compared to our previous hotel. You just have to select from a few ala carte meals. Also, location is not that good because it is far from the main shopping areas like Ayala center and it is not accessible from the main road so if you will go out, you have to walk around 100 meters to ride a jeepney. However if you are the kind that always ride a cab, this will not be a problem because the staff are very accommodating to get you a taxi so you just have to wait at the lounge.

What a marvelous place to stay. It is located just across Ayala Center. The PUV terminal is also across the street if you're planning on going to Jones, Sto. Nino, and the fringes of Cebu. The signs are posted for your destinations. There's no dearth of taxis passing by the hotel at anytime of day. The lobby is at the 2nd floor which means, if you have your card key, you can go straight up to your room without anybody bothering you. i stayed at the 6th floor (as per my request) which is great. The hotel has 9 floors. My bed at room 613 was perfect - it didn't face the sun at anytime, but there's adequate sunlight coming inside the room - with AC, fan, LCD cable TV, hairblower, safe, a folding table for your laptop when you need to work, great and very fast wifi connection specially configured for you, very clean bathroom, hot and cold water with a giant shower head and fast water pressure, a sink that drains fast, clean towels, etc. I cannot recommend it enough. As a habit, I keep booking at different hotels when in Cebu but i think I found a hotel I'd stay again and again next time I am here. It's very accessible for your travel needs. They also have 2-3 huge laptops for use at the 2nd floor lobby for those without their laptops. The only negative thing - they don't have a restaurant at all, but then this is Ayala Center. You can find restaurants anywhere. At the same building, a new 7-11 is almost done so this will even make things more convenient. Great great place. Book via Agoda because of its great promo deals. I got a 70% off for mine. For walk in clients, it becomes an expensive affair since every service is prepair - P300 for use of AC per pay, cable and towel also have their rates if you're a walk in client. Agoda deals are all-in. I couldn't recommend Agoda more. Go run to book a room. Right NOW! :)

Probably the best hotel in Cebu mainly because guests are treated as royalty, very professional and polite staff, always trying their best to help, I was always allowed late check out and early check in without extra cost. great recreation facilities (gym pool n spa). Location is slightly away from the city madness which is great, taxi easily available, only 10 mins and 100 peso to Ayala, also free hotel shuttle bus every 2 hours to and from Ayala and SM malls. Located on hill with excellent view of city. Sometimes very affordable rates on Agoda for a hotel of this stature which makes it good value. Excellent rooftop restaurant and bar but little expensive. Will always be my first choice in Cebu, truly a 5 star experience.

Very clean and modern rooms. Very spacious, too. More than enough if you're a business traveler. Rooms have complete amenities and the staff are accommodating to requests. I would prefer a hotel nearer Ayala Center Cebu (there are a LOT of them around within walking distance of that area), but Best Western Lex Cebu is not so far away if you're willing to keep taking the taxis back and forth or if you're familiar enough with the route of the jeep numbers in Cebu. BUT! The hotel conveniently provides scheduled shuttle service multiple times in a day to go to the major malls in Cebu, so do take advantage of those. Ask for it if it's not mentioned during check-in because it's just available for the guests to use.

Nice hotel and lots of stores on the ground floor. Close to Ayala center. Toilets are too close to the walls in front of them, my knees where pressed against the wall every time i sat down. The toilet emits a foul odor, so you have to keep the toilet lid down all the time. The sliding door for the bathroom stuck in 3 places, making opening and clising the door a pain. And i got the room because they offered a kitchenette, complete with washing sink and a cooking exhaust , but they have a no cooking policy and a p5000 fine for cooking.

Inside is there restaurant with ok food at great prices .A feet 4 minutes walk away and there is' the SM mall and other shopping centers on the other hand, a few km from Ayala Center, White pizzeria just 50 meters, Santo Nino Basilica 3 km. Under the structure and 'a pharmacy and chicken and fish barbecue Andoks .hotel very clean and 5 star service! e'

Cebu Grand Hotel is situated near the center of Cebu and is within walking distance to the Fuente Osmena circle. Rather dated hotel which needs renovation, the rooms are spacious and have proper amenities for a comfortable stay. The front desk and room staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Taxis van be ordered easily for transport to the Ayala Center Mall and the SM mall. A most attractive feature is the reasonble price in comparison to most Cebu hotels.

It has been my experience that often hotels are given a 4 star rating, but actually have 3 star quality to them Harold meets its 4 star mark with ease. It is a newer hotel in a central part of Cebu City, walking distance from Ayala Center Mall, and a short cab ride to IT Park, SM Mall, or Robinson's Mall. Not too far from the airport, about a 20 minute ride (without traffic). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was to die for. Probably the most comfortable bed and pillows I have slept on in a long time. The rooms were well thought out. Ample number of power outlets, well lit, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, safe, and refrigerator all in the room. It had a nice and tasty breakfast spread. Several restaurants are in walking distance. It does not have all the bells and whistles of the Radisson Blu, but the quality of the rooms and service are equal. This is definitely a great hotel for the price. I would be happy to stay there again, just for the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended.

Pros: Although it is located at the deadend of the street, the place is safe to walk, very quiet neighborhood. For 3 mins walk, you can already reach the main road where public transport, atm and stores located. 5-10 mins walk to the downtown area where restaurants, fastfood, and malls (Robinsons, Metro) are located. If you want to go to uptown such as Ayala Center and IT Park, you can ride a taxi at a fare of Php 100.00 ( sometimes less if its not traffic). So its close as well. Room is clean and new. The hotel lobby and restaurant are okay too. Foods are not expensive. Helpful staff especially when I asked help to open my luggage coz I lost the keys. Cons: You need to wait for taxi for few minutes. But not totally cons because the hotel staff will get it for you or "grab" it for you. Will consider to stay here again. 😊

I’m choosy when it comes to booking a hotel. It took me forever to decide which hotel to book. This place won my heart. + Stylish modern hotel + Courteous and attentive Staffs + No fuzz check in/out + Room smells good and very clean. + Loved their fluffy Pillows + fast wifi + Great Location especially if you’re a foodie like me, then I would recommend this place. Close to Yakski’s, STK ta bai, Ned Nanay’s grill, Larsian, Pungko Pungko sa Fuente, and Shamrock(for pasalubongs) to name a few. The only downside is that the bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower. Also no safe and hair dryer provided. Still Great Value for money. Will definitely book again.

To start with, the entire staff at S Hotel treats you in the manner of a 5 star Hotel. They are very agreeable, attentive and kind. This includes everyone from the front desk, to the security personnel, to Housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff named Helbert made a beautiful heart from towels on me and my fiance's bed; he decorated it with our pictures and made us feel very special. This is just another example of the kind and personal treatment you receive at this fine Hotel.The bed is king size and very comfortable. The aircon is ice cold. The linens are white and clean, the comforter is cozy. The room smells and feels like new. The bathroom is immaculate. The neighborhood is nice and there are two great barbecue restaurants, several bakery's and a 7-11 nearby. In short the stay couldn't be any better and I was made to feel like a welcome guest. I have stayed here at S Hotel many times and I always feel like I am staying at my second home. I have also stayed at luxury hotels both here in Cebu City and abroad, and although this isn't a luxury hotel, I have never received better treatment and had a more comfortable stay than I have at S hotel. Sarrosa is centrally located between SM City Cebu and Ayala Cebu! I have lived in Cebu for more than 2 years and we lived very close to Sarrosa Hotel. That's why when I had to visit the Queen city of the South again, I know I am definitely staying in Sarrosa Hotel because of its great location! Its in close proximity to the ff. main establishments of Cebu City: Ayala Cebu SM City Cebu Ayala IT Park The Gallery Landers Superstore Crossroads Cebu This hotel is located along F. Cabahug St. in Mabolo which has nearby convenience stores, Fooda supermarket, a lot of fast food chains as well as local restaurants that you wouldn't need to go to the malls as everything is nearby. The building as well as the rooms are well maintained. For its price, we really the best value for our money!

Nice courteous helpful and honest hotel staff. The hotel is relatively new, clean areas and rooms. Electronic entry, screened access to guest floors via elevator (using card) and telephone, prevents unwanted strangers from soliciting hotel guests. Cafe and the restaurant serves good food but closes early at 10p.m. wish they could extend it to 12 midnight to help guests arriving late from different destinations. There are no decent restaurants within walking distance around the area. Great location if you're planning to use Cebu as your main jump off point to other destinations via boat or fast craft like Bohol, Dumaguete, Siquijor Is. because it's very near the sea port /pier. Not advisable if you're just coming to shop or go malling. Hotel is a bit far from Ayala Center and SM mall, but is still very reachable via taxi.
