Will definitely go back! ”

1. Staffs. Staffs are professional, very accomodating, they're ready to serve 24/7, and they all wear big smiles which makes them approachable.; 2.Room. We had Room 210. 3. Ambiance. It's really cozy!

We had a great stay!! :) We arrived at the hotel around 10am, the supposed check in was 1pm but they allowed us to check in early without extra charge. :) So we had the luxury to rest before going on an afternoon stroll at Session Road. We were given a twin sharing room (Room 210) though we're a couple, but that's fine with us. :) The overlooking view is great. We can see the Hotel's pool and the city from our window. I loved the city lights at night. Room does not have Aircon but there's no problem since it's always cold in Baguio. The heater in the bathroom is working well. And we were given freebies such as hotel Soaps, toothbrush, toothpastes, and shampoo. We were given free bottled mineral waters too.. Breakfast was OK, you have the choice on the meal you want. I got Longaniza, Garlic Rice, 2 Eggs, Orange juice, and a Coffee. Yep, it was a heavy meal! We had much energy before going to Bell Church (just a few meters WALK away from the Hotel) and Straberry farm (Just 15 minutes away ride thru Jeepney). :) BUT if you're a coffee person like me, I suggest you to just buy outside because I was charged 40 pesos for a small sachet of coffee! Again it's fine for me but I think they should invest with free coffees, it shouldn't be that expensive. :) Sadly, the room was quite pricey so we're not able to extend for another night. So we had transferred to a creepy transient home which made me MISS hotel supreme so much, but that's another Story.. OVERALL, I am recomending this hotel if you want first class service, comfortable rooms, cable Tv's, free wifi, great overlooking views. The Price is just Right with all the comfort you'll have here.. It's really worth it! NO REGRETS, you mYou'll appreciate Baguio more if you stay here! So If I'm going back to Baguio, I'll book with Hotel Supreme AGAIN. :)

Excellent”

I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Supreme. The staff from the restaurant are pleasant as well as the reception. The food is okay. The security are helpful and kind too. They will help you hail a cab and cross the street. You can also ask them for direction and places to go in Baguio. The location of hotel supreme is one Jeepney ride away from burnham park and the strawberry farm. So I guess, it will work for other travelers. Hotel Supreme ambiance is super cozy. Doesn't have AC (but who needs AC in Baguio? Lol). They also have hot and cold shower. The hotel has a Dragonfly Inn (From Gilmore Girls) vibes. And I very much like it. Again, super cozy. It's also cheap so it's a good deal. Defenitely a great hotel place to stay in Baguio. 👍🏼

I end up in the hospital ”

The hot and cold shower..elevator and the lounge area looks nice

Me and my husband stayed in supreme hotel in 2 days.the first night was in the old one across the supreme convention plaza. Our first room was not good.as soon as we stepped inside the room,we smelled strong bleach that we couldn't stand it.the tv connection was static and the room itself looks dirty.when I checked the fridge, there were products that were missing.my husband never expected it to be like that because it looks cozy and nice on the pictures.so I called the front desk and my husband talked to the receptionist about it.so after almost half hour waiting,we were transferred to another room which is on the back on the building.the second one was better but I couldnt say that it was really the good deal for us.the next day we checked out coz it was only a 1 night stay and we decided to transfer to another one which was just across the street(supreme convention plaza).my husband booked an executive suite for us so we can lie down on a jacuzzi after a long day of exploring the beautiful spots in Baguio.and so when we arrived in the place,we waited long time to confirm our booking.finally we get inside the room they gave us.we tried the jacuzzi.but when my husband took a shower already in the bathroom,he saw molds.and the room was not carpeted.when he turned on the fan,we smelled cigaret smoke from outside and the ac was not cleaned.we ordered some foods for dinner.the foods was ok but I didn't feel good so my hubby ate most of it but the next day,I rushed him to the nearest hospital coz he got diarrhea.i had him checked his stool and the doctor said that there was something wrong in the foods that he was eating from last night..the bottom line is the hotel is not being well maintained, maybe the foods were contaminated and we end up in the hospital.im just glad my hubby was given meds right away.

Value for money”

1. Delicious free breakfast. 2. Staffs 3. Accessible

If I will rate this hotel from range of 1-10 and 10 is the highest. I'll give this 8. :) Yes, as you see it's an old hotel. But if you will go to Baguio and you need a place that accessible to the City and other top attractions of the Baguio, choose this! I also love the free breakfast every morning especially the TAPA! :) And the reason why I don't give 10 to this hotel because during our last night we can't sleep because of the rats running inside the ceiling! Ugh. Hopefully, the hotel can notice that. I know that it's an old hotel so please still improve your facilities and have some pest control. That's the only thing that I don't like. But overall, it was such a nice experience! :)

Very nice location”

The staff at the Hotel Supreme was very kind and professional. The free breakfast was a great deal and the on site dining locations were very nice. Taxis were easy to access to get to the main sites of Baguio. The only downside of the trip was our room "101" was under the "Lotus" so early we could here chairs moving around. Other than that it was an amazing vacation.

Great value for money.”

This is a review for Hotel Supreme - OLD Building. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The hotel is pretty decent. Cons: It's old. It also needs renovation. The carpet is old and dirty. Hotel food is bland. Not good. Pros: Rooms are spacious. Water pressure is really good (a common problem in Baguio) Staff are friendly Accessible Few km away from major tourist destinations in Baguio Will I be booking the same hotel? Probably not the old one but the new Hotel Supreme looks promising. Will definitely give them a try.

Sobrang okay mag stay dito. Comfortable, very relaxing. Pati 1yr old baby namin nakatulog ng mahimbing. Pag bumalik ulet kami ng Baguio dito ulet kami magstay. Yung blower lang, di gumagana. Yung window sa may terrace sira yung lock (though imposible ka manakawan dahil for sure, kita agad yun sa labas.) But overall, 5stars. Thanks Hotel Supreme!

Convenient for Our Purpose”

Multi-club function was at this venue, so it was convenient for wife and me to stay overnight after a night of "celebrating"

First of all, a word about your restrictive guidelines. If you want comments to improve your services and the services of this hotel, you might consider letting writers be completely honest and straightforward with their observations and feelings. It's not like you're obligated to take everything in writing and flinging it out to the four winds as is. You ALWAYS reserve the right to use or not to use these reviews for whatever purpose appertaining thereto. It appears to be insecurity on your part not to be willing to take it on the chin and instead prefer to get strokes all the time. So what if people use expletives! The use of expletives says more about the utterer than it says about you anyway! And if you take it personally, which is pretty small thinking, you can always throw the review into the garbage can, and nobody will know. But at lest you got the benefit of some kind of truth, even if it's only the truth about the small-mindedness of the writer . . . . About the hotel--It was a convenient place to stay the night especially after celebrating at the function held at this hotel. As is true for most hotels around the world and across America, the people working the counters of Supreme Hotel are fairly stiff-lipped and have no sense of humor and seem to make it a point to be defensive. But at least they were not offensive and tried to treat us with dignity and respect. We had to go to the second floor--we were on the third floor--to get bath towels. The hot water heater in the shower stall is such that you can never get a steady stream consistently warm water. But otherwise, it was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep, and that, ultimately, is all I cared about.

Pleasant, Clean, Good Value”

location, cleanliness, comfort

Hotel Supreme is well located, minutes away from the most popular attractions of Baguio such as Burnham Park, Tam-Awan Village and Easter Weaving. The rooms are basic but clean with comfortable beds. If you just need a clean, comfortable place to spend your nights and aren't looking for amenities (although they do have a pool --- cold!) since you will spend the day going around Baguio, then Hotel Supreme is ideal and has great value for money.

Check if your room is at the new or old building”

Customer service, a bit far from the city center (hence, less noise), and room view.

We booked a room for a Family Deluxe via Agoda.com, and it was only after our stay when I checked Agoda.com again that I saw there were two listings for Hotel Supreme - one is simply "Hotel Supreme" (old building) and the other is "Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza" (new buidling). Sadly, when we made the booking, we weren't aware of this fact, and we made the booking based on looking at the photos for the Family Deluxe from their website which only shows photos of rooms from the new building. Sadly, I wasn't able to take pictures, but I'll try to describe it the best that I can. You can tell just by looking at the outside that the building is old. We were led to our room using the stairs which was covered in old, dark, wall-to-wall carpet. Our room was also covered in wall-to-wall carpet. The layout of the 4 beds weren't like in the photos which was in a long row with the four beds side-by-side, but more of an L-shape, 2 beds on one side, and another 2 beds perpendicular to the other two which made the room feel crowded. We had a view overlooking Baguio, which was good, but the windows did not have screens in them. We didn't open the windows to prevent mosquitoes from coming in because we had a baby with us. The room generally looked clean, but just had the feeling that things were old and worn-out. There were two lights in the room - one mood light, and another long fluorescent light hidden tastefully. However, when we turned off the fluorescent light to sleep, all the powerwould be cut, so we had to settle by loosening the fluorescent bulb in order to get some sleep. As for other aspects of our stay, the WIFI signal was good and internet was pretty fast. Breakfast was average. Service was excellent - courteous and polite staff especially who served us during breakfast, and also the parking attendants and security guards who even escorted us and helped us cross the street when we went to look at the other building.

Value for money and great hotel”

Hotel locates near bell church by waling 5 mins.

Hotel is very nice, all needed facilities are complete, staff is friendly and helpful. The thing is the hotel is a bit far from Baguio city almost get to neighbor city Trinidad. So you have to take taxi or jeepney to get there but no problem due its all around and cheap rate with trustable.

Overnight Stay at Hotel Supreme”

Staff courteousness and simple but clean facilities

I and my sister had an overnight stay at the Hotel Supreme for the Grand Float Parade of Panagbenga. Our short stay at this hotel is quite nice, the staff are accommodating and courteous especially those at the front line and restaurant. The food is just fine including the room given to us. However, I hope that the breakfast schedule is flexible as we were not able to avail of this because we have to leave as early as 6AM for the Grand Float Parade and the breakfast is available at 6:30AM :) . Nonetheless, thank you Agoda for providing easy online reservation. Thank you Hotel Supreme for making our short stay in Baguio a nice experience. Thank you also to the nice people of Hotel Supreme.

"Clean and Comfortable Place"”

Room is very clean, good food, friendly staff

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Supreme after a week-long search for a place to stay in Baguio and we're very glad that we have chosen this hotel. I recommend this for people who are quite budget-conscious yet looking for a decent place to stay

Old but serviceable; with good location”

Price: Compared with what other hotels are charging, it is relatively more affordable, especially for a 4D3N stay with free breakfast for four people. The quality of the free breakfast is acceptable, by the way. Location: The location is easily accessible by jeepney and is near major attractions in Baguio/La Trinidad (Bell Church is within walking distance, and jeepneys going to Baguio Plaza, La Trinidad etc. pass by regularly). However, if you're looking for a quick midnight snack, you're out of luck, as you need to get somewhere else for a convenience store unless you buy from the hotel itself (assuming they have what you want). The sound of vehicles passing by are also audible, but not too loud that you can't sleep. Cleanliness: The pool looks dirty, so there's no way we'd swim in that even if we were so inclined. The hallway to our room also smells of some old detergent, and I'm not sure if it's supposed to mean that it's clean. The room itself is quite clean, so if you're just there to sleep, you'll be fine. Staff: The staff are very accommodating. We've asked a lot about directions to and from various places and they've been of great help. No issues with dining staff as well. Facilities: The place looks really old. The room's TV set is from another era, and the cable service is a bit spotty, but they're serviceable. At first, I was concerned that there is no air conditioning, but room temp was pretty good even without using the electric fan. Wi-Fi signal is very poor inside the room, you have to go to the lobby or dining area to upload that last Instagram picture. It won't be a big deal if you have a data plan, though -- 3G/4G signal in Baguio is pretty good. The power outlets are inconveniently placed if you're a group of four looking to charge your devices at the same time.

it was a wonderful stay and everybody enjoyed.”

clean, friendly staff and nice place

It was wonderful and all of us were very happy as we have nice and large rooms. The children enjoyed the food in the restaurants and they also enjoyed the apool. It is near to the market and easy to go to the parks and other beautiful places in Baguio. You can also take taxi anytime you want to. The crews and the attendants are friendly and the hotel was also clean. WIFI is only at the lobby so for improvement it should also be reached anywhere. The rating of this hotel is very good.
