I was so impressed. Firstly at the person that arranged for us to have six amazing rooms on floor 24 with breathtaking views!! Secondly the man at reception that offered to arrange a prime table for breakfast and was even willing to put the birthday cake there if we had one, without me even asking!

This was my first time staying at Hotel Sky CT, it was the most pleasant stay I have had in a while! the rooms, views and the pools were amazing! Please stay affordable and keep up the exceptional quality!

Great service, facility upgrade needed”

We had a fantastic stay but the gym was definitely a disappointment and due to weather we couldn’t use any of the pools. Recommendations: 1. Upgrading the gym. 2. Enclose 1 of the pools. 3. Coffee machines all round served look warm drinks. Breakfast was fantastic and the room as well!!! Will definitely e back hoping the suggestions had been taken into account.

Good Experience, very good value for money. Staff at the door and reception very helpful and formal. Only flaw was the staff upstairs at restaurant didn’t seem to have uniform on Saturday night which didn’t look so professional, also I was trying to ask for a mask and was told to put one on, but I was trying to get one she interrupted me, I eventually got to speak and then she apologised and became very helpful. Just a heads up bubble rooms have amazing view and value space is just a problem and the photos don’t show much of that.

Great views”

Hotel Sky is definitely in a great location with great views. I was expecting efficiency but was left frustrated with the check in process. The lifts took forever and was always full and so you have to factor in travel time between floors. Limited parking space for residents. WIFI intermittent. No fridge in the room to keep your beverages cold. No hygiene bin in the toilet. Rooms are very small and I felt claustrophobic at times. A good choice if you don't intend on spending most of the time in the hotel
