    The swimming pool was closed and it was the main reason for choosing this hotel, I wanted to enjoy the swimming pool during the weekend.

    the photos are not the reality, the hotel is super dirty, the appliances in the bathroom are non existent and the barrio is very unsafe. the owner of the hotel or the guy in reception wanted to pay me to cancel the booking reservation, I don’t know why, maybe because he normally has to pay a little fee to booking. stay away from this hotel!

    We didn&#39;t appreciate anything particular. The staff was kind of nice to us, but we are sure they were aware of they should have rent our room as it was freshly painted and didn&#39;t matched our booking requirements.
    Street Dogs barking the all night in front of the hotel, aunts in the room. No fridge nor safe locker in the room. No hot water neither. Our room was recently repainted and was very smelty. We had no choice to sleep in it, which is not good for the health. We asked for remboursement for 3 &#47; 7 nights and we had to pay for the booking taxes even if we didn&#39;t stay the entire stay. Also, this part of Barranquilla is not safe by night.

    El hotel está en malas condiciones, la piscina no se ve muy agradable, no había puerta en el baño de la habitación y se veía deteriorado y sucio. Las toallas que nos ofrecieron estaban sucias, pedí una limpia y me dieron una rota.

    Ofrecen pagar con tarjeta por medio de una app propia la cual no funciona, pero te retienen el pago &quot;a confirmar&quot;. Ni el soporte ni la recepcionista te saben ayudar. La habitación no estaba limpia, el baño dentro de la habitación no tiene puerta, es simplemente una pared divisoria que no llega al techo. El mosquitero estaba roto dejando entrar los mosquitos. Ni nos acercamos a la pileta ya que no tenía buena pinta. El barrio solitario por la noche. Nada que ver a las fotos publicadas de la habitación.
