Good Stay”
Stay Duration : 8th Octo - 10th Octo 2021. Room : 720 (Deluxe with breakfast). Location : Just fits the name of Sentral Hotel, this hotel is centrally located in the heart of Bandar Hilir (BH). The area is lively and the surrounding isnt so unsavoury. Just within a short distance walking is the famous Malacca River. And there are countless eateries around the area. It is within walking distance to the Historical Centre if you feel like a good walk and by car, it only took 3 mins to get to the heart of the old town, passing the scenic Little India, St Francis and the red wall of the dutch architecture. Reception and check in : We stepped in the lobby around 12pm and we were told that the check in only starts around 2pm. We decided to hang around in the lobby and by 12.20pm, I was called to the counter. My room is ready and they are releasing it an hour and half hour early, LUCKY ME. I had a simple chat with the warm and nice reception, Miss Aisyah. She is very caring and very polite. I worked in a hotel before so we had a chat about the business and the occupancy traffic. She is very responsive to our small conversations. Room : 720 is very spacious and clean. The carpet is old but surprisingly clean. The windows are clean and the bathroom is spotless. The 2 wooden chairs are very helpful for me to gaze upon the city view. The view is amazing. The only downside is the water pressure. It is a bit too low for my room. Breakfast : The breakfast is served as buffet and the area is okay. The food varieties are good. 9th Octo : Nasi Lemak, Kuey Tiau, Bubur, Potato Tots, Sausages and soup station for noodles. On the 10th Octo : Lontong, Noodles, Bubur and soup station. The salad varieties are very good however the thousand island dressing is a bit too sour for my 2 days there. Other than that, all are okay. Food are tasty, quantities are nice. I miss the potato tots, they arent around on the second day. Swimming Pool : Small but adequate for me. When the guests go to t

Stayed 2 nights at room 216. efficient check in and check out.Deposit RM50 returned upon check out.Room comes with safe, fridge, coffee making facilities and air condition.Soap (but no shampoo ) provided.Good water pressure for a warm shower.Iron and board along the corridor to share. Location is central with lots of place to eat nearby and also 7E convenience store opposite.Parking available but not covered.Breakfast provided was good . I would recommend for business traveler and non fussy people who come to get good sleep and spend most time touring nice places in Malacca and vicinity. This is my third times staying here at this hotel. The main reason I choose this hotel is because of the room. The room is very big and clean. The facilities are all functioning good. The front desk staffs also very friendly and doing their work efficiently, the registration process only took me seconds. The location is strategic, opposite of roti john restaurant and near to 7E as well.

Good stay.Fast check in and check out.Staffs are friendly.Rooms came with breakfast.Facilities in the room include fridge, coffee making facilities , tea, coffee , sugar creamers,kettle, safe TV and Air condition.,..in short everything I needed for a short stay.Ironing board provided at the corridor. The hotel is really big but if the internet can not be like a budget hotel. Because of the experience, we booked the hotel for a fee of RM40 per night. the internet is the best. Friendly and considerate staff. Yummy breakfast. Hote got parking reserved for guest. So, its very convenience. Dont have to search or park along the side of the road and dont have to park far to go to hotel. Near to river cruise, can walk about 300 to 400m. Good.

Room rate is not very expensive, but the quality is good. Good service, friendly staff Breakfast is good. Hot & cold water is on the corridor on each floor. Swimming pool is not very big (and very not clean as well). Besides that all other things are good. 1,5 km to Melacca (Melaka) centre and the jonker street. the food in Melaka is nice and cheap as well. Love the hotel and Melaka in general.
