I stayed for 2 days for business trip and it was an incredible experience! The hotel is new and you can smell the new scent of building that is so comforting. The bedroom (i stayed in the ocean view one) is so clean, modern, comfortable, has everything i needed. The view from the balcony is the ocean and yes, i got a balcony where you can soak up morning sunshine. So nice! Bathroom was clean and the bed oh so so very comfy! I had a very good sleep during my stay. Smart TV with Netflix access too! Breakfast is good, lots of choices, the cappuccino was so good! Room service was very nice as well, and the staff from restaurant was so polite and kind. I had a very very nice stay. Thank you so much! Will surely be back next time with my family.

Stayed there overnight as transit from Bkt Tinggi embarking to Jakarta. Welcomed with modern sleek ambience. Hotel consists of 2 towers which somehow dispersed guest so not overcrowding the lifts. Breakfast food varieties and tastes were just ok. Coffee was bit hassle as it was served at bar counter which created unnecessary queue, perhaps as covid safety measure, which can be pros for hotel in dealing the covid procedures. Hotel maintains minimalist room, so bit annoying when u need to place your stuffs. Overall: was pleasant stay and worth the price

Requested for non-smoking room, but unavailable and asked again the next day still unavailable. I'm quite disappointed. Even though they freshen up the room but the smell still exist. The room is clean with a comfortable bed and served a wide variety of breakfasts. The location is strategic, and a 45-minute ride to the airport.

Extremely disappointed. I have stayed here prior and the stay was memorable then. This time however it was memorable for all the wrong reasons. It started when I booked the rooms, I made the comment for a king or queen size. Instead they gave me a twin single. When I mentioned it in my comment they said they will combine it however they just pushed the two single together. Secondly and more importantly I am now dealing with a result of having bites all over my leg from bed bugs or dust mites from my stay.

Rooms requests is not accomodated . We are in a group asking for non smoking rooms instead were given smoking rooms with heavy smoked rooms even after cleaning.
