The breakfast was so great! Western and Indonesian food were served. They had jamu as one of the breakfast menus.The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was great. The pool was on the highest floor and we could see the entire city from this rooftop. What a beautiful view during night and day. Thank you!

A pleasant staycation in Santika Premiere ICE”
We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious. My daughter enjoyed swimming in the indoor swimming pool. However, when I requested extra towel , they politely said it was not available. They sent me a small towel instead, which was fine, because I needed it for my daughter.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute because we were too tired to drive home after attending the big bad wolf event. This hotel is conveniently located next to ice bsd. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast were tasty too. Unfortunately there wasn’t too many variations of food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely come back.

Good for short escape near Jakarta”
Our 2 nights stay was great. I love the staff, the very clean room, and the rooftop pool. The location is far from the main street so this place is perfect for short escape & if you bring your baby. My advices are, - kindly improve the recipe of Pancake & Pasta :) please use the good one for butter, provide the chocolate sauce instead of blueberry because it’s too sour for children. Pancake should be more fluvvy than yours. - kindly consider to have some space for baby & kids room that has several toys & book Overall, I’ll be back soon ;)

The hotel is literally located inside ICE complex. Close to shopping malls (borderline walking distance, but can also easily get a car). There is a convenience store in the complex. Good selection of local flavours in breakfast. Will stay again if I have events in ICE.
