I stayed with my 2 kids for the weekend and we enjoyed the experience. Walking distance from the Trans Snow World and malls, and also close to 2 toll gates. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of choices of food. Swimming pool in the rooftop complimented with the view of Bintaro area (better be there early in the morning before too crowded). Even though the check-in process was a bit longer (about 30 mins) due to the room prep, the check-out process was fast. Overall, great experience. Thanks Santika Premiere Bintaro!

When I got out from lift on 7 floor, I could smell smoking along the alley to my room, and after I was in my room, I still can smell it, and I saw an astray on a table. It was full booked so I can change my room, but I remembered that I was booked no smoking room.

We enjoyed our stay at Santika Bintaro. It is really close to Giant Supermarket where we can find various restaurant. The swimming pool is nice. My daughter enjoyed playing at kids area,she also got drawing book and crayons for free
