Strategic location”
Hotel near with transmart and other shops. Good facilities, nice food with a lot of variety (and the reastaurant for breakfast open early, i came at 5.15, and the food already set), excellent staff. The room also good.

I was travelling solo for business, it was during a pandemic so breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room bit dirty, but not that bad. Overall, it's alright for business, but not so much for leisure

Santika hotel used to be one of the top tier hotels in Palu, and it was also the only 4-star hotel that "survived" the 2018 Mw 7.5 Palu earthquake without too much damage (due to it's earthquake proof construction). However service has been declining in the past years, maybe also because it has had a bit monopoly position in Palu in the quake aftermath. Rooms still are nice, but service and receptionists are below standard. Buffet breakfast is also less than it was before 2018. The hotel still has a lot of potential, and I still recommend it, but it could do so much better with a more (and new) pro-active management. Now it is just seems to be mainly reeling in easy money. I have stayed there since 2010 so I know what I am talking before. In the past they also had welcome drinks, but that seems to be no longer the case either. Hope they will fully honor the Santika brand again soon. Also the room pictures on their website are not representative of the actual room. This room seems to suggest all rooms have balconies which is not the case...

This my third trip to Palu city and first Time stay at this hotel. I like this hotel, because hotel location, has a good service. For business trip, people who came to palu city it's better to stay at Santika Hotel because the hotel location nearest from any government office and other. Whole service staff handling guest with smile.

Back again to this hotel. Everything is still same, Cozy, Nice service, close to the city center, easy to find meals around the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Ms. Vanny & Ms. Nurul. Will be back to stay at this hotel again for the next visit to Palu.

overall for the facility and staff are OK and standard. the access to the hotel is easy and it is closed to the mall. but the breakfast is dissapointed since Santika is known as very good hotel. I hope the chef is improving the variety and freshness of the breakfast. I recommended for short visit in this hotel.

The hotel location is very near to everywhere in the Palu city specially to the city centre and shopping areas also quite clean,the staff are all very nice only not every room have rfrigerator inside specially like my self who have to carry diabetic medicines which required fridge is very difficult need to pay more to upgrade the room and pay extra for this ,other than this evrything else are consider good for me,thankyou

I slept in this hotel from 9-11 October 2014. Unexpectedly, my plane got delayed for hours and landed at the Palu airport around midnight, but thankfully the hotel provided a shuttle car to pick me up. Thank you for Mr. Andri Permadi (Front Office Manager) and Mr. Jamal, who had arranged this for me. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff - but some new staffs still need to improve their service and hospitality, clean room, comfortable bed, strong shower, various breakfast menus, treadmill and pool on the 3rd floor, free wifi connection, efficient check in and check out process. Cons: no stand-by taxi so we must ask hotel staff to call a taxi for us.

Cons: no standby taxi so we must ask hotel staff to call taxi for us. when it rain, it is difficult to find taxi to take us to the airport and the hotel shuttle car (toyota Rent A Car) is too expensive. in my opinion, if the hotel could not provide standby taxi, as a service for their customers the hotel should not impose expensive tariffs for car rental. But overall this hotel still the best in Palu.

Located in the center of Palu. The hotel is fairly new. The room is clean and all appliances still look new. The staffs are super friendly. The cons: The beers is overcharged. The fitness center only consists of 2 cardio machines (not really a fitness center)
