Nice hotel with hospitable staff”

The hotel is new and clean. They adopt the health protocol perfectly in the room and in the restaurant, so you would feel safe. The staff are friendly, provide good service and helpful. I would recommend this new Santika hotel in Bukittinggi.

Memorable experience with family”

The hotel's location is quite strategic, even though it's not in the middle of the city, there are minimarkets and places to eat around by walk.. The rooms quite spacious and very comfortable.. Special requests from Agoda can also be fulfilled, 4 rooms, with adjoining room and next to each other. The drawback is only at breakfast, because it has to be picked up by the clerk, so it takes a lot longer when queuing ... Overall, definitely will comeback, thank you

Room is clean and comfy, facilities are complete. However restaurant can be improved, menu for suhoor are decent, only 1 staff is stand by, they sell (food) souvenir but it takes a long time to prepare. Overall good for family trip/ business.

We enjoyed our stay”

Clean and new with nice breakfast buffet with many Minang and Indonesian favorites on the menu. Food was very good and nicely presented. We wanted to stay at Rocky but it was full. We didn’t regret staying here at all. Comfortable beds, nice linens and super clean. The roof top bar was a great place to chill after a day of visiting family and friends in Bukittinggi. We will be back on our next visit to my husband’s hometown.

Santika signature is the cleanliness and politeness of the staff. Pretty consistent with other Santika hotels chain. Except that we experienced earthquake on Sept during our stay Sept 11.
