1. The hotel too pricy, the room was not promising as the price. 2. Limited facilities. (No drinks, kettle, mineral water , iron, iron board, wifi slow) 3. The odour of the room is unpleasant. 4. Need to take off our shoes at main door 5. Super lousy receptionist. Need to upgrade customer service skills. Overall, please do not stay at this hotel.

Dissappointing”
Guests were given dirty rooms with lots of mosquitoes. The ceiling leaked, water dripping, on the bed! Wanted to move but wasn't willing to waste more money, got the non-refundable booking 2 rooms for 4 days. And this is more expensive than hotels with breakfast. Definitely not recommending this hotel!

Very Bad Choice! ”
Don't stay at this place. Owner was an old lady and very rude. I booked through agoda but it was misadvertising. She scolded us saying that customers only looked at price but not the type of room. The problem is, she didn't upload any image of the room. Just the front of the hotel image. Also, it is very expensive. When I tried to change to a better room to get the ones with window, she said "you cannot afford this one. Its a good room". Its not a 5 star hotel that I cannot afford b*tch urghhh. The "good room"? It was the opposite. I managed to kill a big cockroach, found hairs on the bed, pantry was not properly stocked, window view is just the water tank and no shower heads??!!! Not sure whether this is a hotel or asrama

This hotel managed by an old lady owner with a greed & heartless manner. Your booking will be sold anytime to whoever offers higher regardless of your comfirmed bookings. The hotel takes for granted of any online bookings & claims online apps is uncertained & not reluliable. Skip this hotel in your search..

Wifi cant be used. The bed made me itchy. The room made me feel uncomfortable Aircond have some issues, but they rectify it still every 1 hour need to one and off the aircond.

Access key was not ready even though full payment made and check in was late at 6.30 pm Room was very clean but shoes must be taken off before entering the lobby on-wards. walking bare foot form lobby right to your rooms. which I think not appropriate because so many people that you do not knows walking around, bare footed. Shampoo and soap were not prepared (provided) given after asking and reasoning that this is not a home stay, should provide. Bed were lined with plastic materials which made sounds every time you move which disturbed our sleep. Probably it was done to prevent customer form dirtying the bed, but I do not think it is acceptable. Overall, the receptionist is very friendly but I do not think I will stay there again if I have other choice.

I am not recommending this hotel. I booked a room prior my arrival via agoda but when I arrived I was told that the room that I booked is unavailable. I was then asked to add extra money to get another room in this hotel. Totally unethical.
