This really is superb value. Clean and comfortable rooms, with staff who make the effort to be friendly and remember your name. Rooms are sizeable and well maintained. Plus there are reliable eagle taxis outside. Only 3 mins walk from grand city mall. For a good stay in Surabaya this is highly recommended.

The location is really great, near a lot of attractions in surabaya city. The breakfast is good as I dont expect that they will provide such a complete breakfast in this budget hotel. The staff is really helpful. Once I asked about breakfast earlier as my flight was 7.00 AM and they mentioned that it will be prepared early on 6.00 and definitely like what they said. Definitely consider to go back here again when I visit Surabaya for leisure or business.

Fulfills its purpose exactly as required”

This is within 100 metres of the back entrance to Surabaya Gubu Train Station and is perfect for an overnight stay which is what we needed. There is nothing outstanding about the property but no complaints either. There is a buffet breakfast included, the air conditioning worked well, there was less noise leaking in from outside than we expected, and the staff were friendly and helpful (though with extremely limited English). Not a place I would stay for a few days if visiting Surabaya but perfect for an overnight between trains.

Great Location But Average Hotel”

Very close to Surabaya Gubeng Station good location though but below average hotel. Stayed at Room 301 for 1 night. Full of dirts under the bed :-(. Poor A/C ventilation.

Location not suitable for car parks”

Overall, it is a good hotel and comfort enough to stay over for a while. However, we need to aware for finding the location and consider a lot about parking our cars. Since, the hotel is in narrow road with super small space for cars to park.

Basic budget hotel with great location near to convention center”

Great location just 1 minute walk from Grand City mall and convention center. Basic budget hotel, comfy bed and room. Value for money.

It is not recommended because starting from the air conditioner is not cold, then the desk drawer is damaged, the staff also provide unsatisfactory service by giving a frowning face when asked the solution of the AC problem, for a place because I have business to Grand City Surabaya, so just walk.

Sadly, rude staff”

Nice place to stay for a night - clean and close to train station. Unfortunately the staff was terribly rude - checking in was a giant hassle, and I had to argue my reservation and price already paid even with the confirmation email as proof. Not at all representative of the friendly locals and excellent tourism service I've encountered around the island. I sadly can't recommend this place at all.

Close to Grand Convex & Mall, Bathroom needs improvement ”

Very close to Grand Convex and Mall, 5-minutes walk. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Shower was not powerful enough. Hot shower was not warm enough. Wifi connection lost from midnight to morning. Breakfast was edible but nothing great.
