Not a big room but just nice for 2 person. Breakfast on the rooftop with amazing view. Just take a Grab Car anywhere you want to go. Overall was ok and recommended to anyone. Friendly staffs at the counter. Hopefully the hotel can maintain their awesome services and cleanliness. Value for money.

This is my second stay in neo hotel..it reminds me of my mom..cause i ever stay there with her..it really miss my mom...when she is in kalimantan i think im kinda a bit neglect at her..but when she is not around i feel like i miss her and miss the moment we spent time together in kalimantan..thanks to neo hotel to bring back the memories

I booked 3 rooms, one of the rooms was quite dim n without a fridge. Staff service was slow,needed to remind many times to get into action.for example,requested to tidy up rooms in the morning but it was still not done after 2pm.pls note not every room has the tidy up room sign hang on the doorknob. The breakfast was fine but the chef did not remember to prepare our eggs despite several reminders n even my sick dad standing in front of him,the eggs were all given to those guests ordered later. Aircon was a bit warm as could not go down below 19 degree celcius. Overall, it was a great stay.

Overall perfect except massage service ”
Check in was hassle free. The female receptionist was very friendly and helpful and look so dashing in white hair. Love the hotel concept. Valet service was so useful and reliable. Breakfast is nice and restaurant view was amazing. Just service bit slow to replenish the food (cereal, bread and noodle). Overall really perfect except the fact that i waited 2 hours for massage but no masseus show up. Very frustrating

The location, facilities, staff are awesome. They clean my room daily and even help me to fold my clothes Only part is the thin walls, I can hear what the other rooms are talking about from my bed. Had to turn on the tv to drown out the sound.

Comfy stay with basic amenities supply. The breakfast was surprisingly good even though no wide variety of choices like international buffet but still pretty good enough for breakfast at this room price. Eateries places are just within walking distance. There is a traditional market (a.k.a Pasar Flamboyan) nearby. The market was very lively at 1am in the morning which is a good midnight walk for adventurous visitor. However, the wifi in the hotel went on and off sometimes. Luckily we have local telco sim card to support internet data hence not a big problem for us.

I love this hotel. Location is strategic, easy to find food. It is about 3 mins walk from the famous Abang Kepiting seafood (must try!)

A very good experience in Pontianak”
The room is compact but comfortable enough for two person. Room amenities are complete and staff are friendly. WiFi is excellent in restaurant and lounge area, but the line keep dropping inside the room. The buffet sahur and iftar are good enough. We enjoyed the food. View from the restaurant is amazing. The minarets of Masjid Raya Mujahidin are clearly seen and the prayers could be heard beautifully. Jalan Gajah Mada where the hotel is located is also known as Coffee Street. Numerous street food stalls could be found nearby. Convenience store aplenty. A very good stay. Highly recommended.

Booked interconnecting rooms and one of the rooms is without a window. Luckily the main room has a window facing the roadside. Rooms for improvement in regards with cleanliness but it's a great one considering how much you paid for the hotel.
