I was glad that I book this hotel for my trip to Malacca. Grab deal during promo so I got it at best price. Location wise, yes it is quite far from malacca city (aroound 30 mins) but u also got many attractions nearby which are suitable for family such as malacca zoo, taman botanical, melaka wonderland, bayou lagoon, mini malaysia and ect. Check in process was smooth minus the long waiting time due to so many people but Im okay with it since its a long weekend, its understandable. Staffs are very friendly and proactive. We requested extra blanket but sonce ot was sold out, they tried to send a normal selimut to us which is enough. I also asked them to make up my room on day 2 and I was satisfied. Rooms is unexpectedly huge for 3 adult and 1 kid. Got 1 bedroom with king size and 1 sofa bed. The living area also large. Got balcony an pantry area. Suprisingly, they got fridge! Im happy will all amenities provided since they are working very well. Toiletries also provided (minus toothbrush/paste, shower cap). Cleanliness also good. The room is kid friendly, i dont have to worry abt my kid running around in the house. Got 1 convenience store and old town white coffee at the ground floor. The hotel also very close to mcd, mydin. So dont worry abt being hungry! We also got free breakfast (extra for adult rm25, kid above 5 y/o rm15) at AMES hotel. It was served upon ordering and I love all the menusss (we got to try everything on the menu since we stay there for 3D2N). Definitely will come here again 😍

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Ample parking spaces, and FREE. For family of 4 or more, the duplex is recommended. Staffs are helpful and very friendly. Check-in and check-out process are fast and excellent. The breakfast is awesome, nasi lemak & curry mee are really stand-up. Practical location because nearby to all the interesting places (provided you are using your own transport). The only minus point that I can thinking of, there are lot of vacant shoplots in the building where the hotel is located, so it has that eerie vibe somehow but do not worry so much because the security and lightings are good, plus there is one Old Town White Coffee outlet at the ground floor should you like to sip a coffee (and one nyonya restaurant that we did not make it to go in as to try the dishes, maybe later). Love to come again for my next stay in Melaka.

The hotel staff was very polite and responsive in serving you, the room is clean and big at this reasonable price, and furthermore you can enjoy good breakfast at its 5 star sister hotel (AMES hotel) just located beside only.. Feel peaceful during the stay at it located out from busiest city but nearby at most of the attraction points such as Zoo Melaka, Mini Malaysia, Botanical garden and Crocodile Farm Definitely will stay again at Metra Square for my future trip to Melaka again

I must say that this is the best budget hotel (I would say Premium Budget Hotel) ever at a super affordable price. This was second time I booked at this hotel, I'm satisfied starting at the front desk service up to the room. Super comfort and calm environment. I like the decoration throughout the hotel. Registration process sangat cepat, staff very friendly, bilik luas, selesa kalau datang with family and kids. Yang penting toilet bersih !!!!! Tak sempat nak breakfast sebab kena keluar awal pukul 7am, but they are very thoughtful, siap boleh takeaway pukul 6.30am even nasi lemak dia nasi macam tak sempat nak masak tapi still sedapppp... Siap call and msg suruh pilih menu breakfast. Terrrrbaik. Nak datang lagi tapi budget lari. kalau Yang datang melaka silalahh book hotel ni pleaseee lah tak menyesal. Spacious room, clean, spacious bathroom, minibar n coffee making facilities, variety breakfast, smiling staffs. Even the location look isolated, still everything is available with a mart and old town white coffee. Worth the money paid.

Pleasantly surprised by the room. It was more a suite than a room. Very nice. The only bad point was the breakfast. We were happy to hear that breakfast was local fare. But quality of the food was very poor. I couldn't finish my nasi lemak and the coffee was literally transparent. Really need to improve a lot on this. It truly takes away from the otherwise superb hotel.

I am a very satisfied customer. I booked one bedroom apartment unit but got free upgrade to family apartment unit with 2 queen bed & 1 sofa bed. The room very spacious..my kids love it! The breakfast spread with lots of variety and totally worth to spend your money here. Keep up the good work!

Wonderful Duplex Room”
It's a gift to be able to experience the stay in this Duplex Room. Spacious, TWO BATHROOMS place. The only thing is that for people with "bad legs" , it'll be quite taxing to climb to the main bedroom. But overall, the whole family enjoyed our one nite stay. Thank you.

Great location, courteous staff. New & quiet place. It has a large room (apartment). Good sahur food even has a variety of choices. Old Town Coffee restaurant will be open till 11 pm for the late eater. Will recommend to family & friends.

Stay here coz we have an event at MITC nearby. 1. Location ok, but theres no nearby place for makan. Nearest is mcdonalds 10mins walk. Breakfast is good. Corridors no light at night, bit eerie and the place is very quiet at night.
