Great location and friendly staff”

Location of hotel is great. Many points of interest close by as well as very easy access to the Metro. Republique Metro has many different lines asa. Connection point which was a bonus we did not consider prior to booking.

Nice staff”

I came to Paris fram to be with my 25 year old daughter (who else lives in Chicago and I in Oslo, Norway). Descent rooms, except that the nice picture over our heads should have been on the opposite wall so that we could have seen it from our beds:-) The beds felt maybe a little hard, I think it was because there was thick plastic sheets under the ordinary sheets, and that plastic felt hard. Maybe it could be possible to have another kind of plastic sheets underneath? We had a room on the 2nd floor (first floor is 0), quite nice view to the street and some trees outside. No noise when the windows were closed. The best part was that the staff was really nice. A couple of men at the reception were very helpful and nice, so was the cleaning staff and the kitchen staff. I made my own breakfast (as there was a small refrigerator), had instant coffee and could fetch a can of hot water for free in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only downside, no air conditioning. We were provided a fan for the room. Would recommend this hotel.

Compact room!! And iffy wifi”

Like many hotel rooms in Paris and indeed the rest of Europe the room was small. We booked the ‘last’ twin room but added we are happy with one bed but would prefer high floor. Well after getting a message the hotel had agreed to our request we arrive to find a double bed but on ground floor by the reception area and lift. The shower stall didn’t drain and the wifi was disappointing. Might stay there again but only if a high floor guaranteed

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Quiet. Metro close. Great cafe right down the street. All the shoe stores a gal could wish for.

it was okay but I didn't feel that room was clean enough since it was very old hotel, didn't like the old carpet smell either. Bed was old, too.

Typical 3 star hotel..room was dark n small”

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Price was of average 3 star range for this location. Pros: prime location, close to Metro and other tour bus stop, bathroom well maintained-new setup Cons: rooms are small, dark. Stairway no lights at night. Most of the reception people are not welcoming, kinda rude/snobbish. Only a mid-age thin guy helped lot. Heating wasn't adequate.

AVOID! BED BUG or MITE issue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I stayed in this hotel for one night. and I have been regretting staying at this hotel every single night since then. I have never given any reviews for any hotels, but because I have been suffering significantly, I want to leave my comments on this hotel. The room was very dirty, and while I was sleeping in the bed, I realised that my body started getting itchy. Next day, I changed the hotel, and my body started to get extremely itchy that afternoon, and checked my body, and I found that many bite marks all over my body!!!! When I came back home, I tried my best not to bring any bugs with me, but I failed… 3 days latter from the trip, I started getting bites at my flat. I have never ever got any bites in my flat or anywhere before staying in this hotel!!!!! At first, I thought this is bed bug, but it could be mites (Bird mites, or some mites which bite human body. They usually feed on the blood of rates or birds, but they also bite human as well. I found one reviews in the different booking site saying they found a rat in a room, so it could be possible that mites were spread afterwards) I already spent lots of money to get rid of this nightmare, but it is extremally difficult. Apart from this bug issues, the room was super cold because the central heating was not working ( I turned off and on the central heating a few times, but didn’t work at all) They gave me one small electric heater instead, but it was not enough to warm the room. Plus, the shower was also cold. Only good thing is the receptionist I talked was very nice and friendly. But because of the above issues, I with I didn’t stay in this hotel.. Staying in this hotel ruins my life. They still offer the same room I stayed. So be careful. The hotel said there don’t have bugs in their hotel, but I found other reviews mentioning about bed bug issues in the different booking site.

Décevant.. le lit double est vraiment petit, la chambre très petite et pas forcément au goût du jour… L’équipement minimaliste. Vraiment cher pour ce que c’est. Dommage.

Teuer gezahlt für eine Zimmer die nichts positiv hatten! Zimmer für weniger als 2 Personen, kleine Zimmer Mini und unbequem Bett, neben das Lift und Konsequenz sehr laut , unfreundlich Personal und auf die Frage warum ist komplett falsch die Zimmer es würde gesagt ist Ostern kommt einfach nächste Woche und dann hast beste Zimmer!!! Was nächste Woche? Ich bin jetzt da und der Preis extrem teuer

MI sono recato a Parigi per lavoro ed il soggiorno presso questo Hotel è stato in tutto e per tutto mediocre. La stanza era bene differente da quella pubblicizzata e si trovava in pratica in una mansarda, risultando di fatto stretta ed alquanto scomoda. Ma dato che l'avrei utilizzata solo per il pernottamento ho soprasseduto su questo particolare. L'aspetto non dava un senso di pulizia dato che ma moquette tappezzava anche i muri. Il bagno era invece pulito. Personale mediocre ed in un caso particolare addirittura scortese.

- niet correcte toekenning van de kamer. We zijn er 2 nachten geweest. We hadden een kamer "superieur" geboekt. Dapee eerste nacht werden wij in kamer 505 gestopt die duidelijk niet beantwoordde aan de kamer die wij op de internetfotos hadden gezien. De kamer zit half onder het dak dat een slechte geluidsisolatie heeft zodat wij 's avonds door het afdruipen water in de afvoerbuizen niet konden inslapen. Toen ik deze twee feiten aan de receptie meldde was men zeer onvriedelijk. Voor het geluidsprobleem moest ik proberen de regen te doen stoppen en mij melden bij Hollande. Wat de kamer betrof waren wij zogezegd verkeerd maar de volgende nacht kregen wij dan toch de kamer (602° zoals op het internet. Het prijsverschil wilden zij evenwel niet terugbetalen.
