Great room and near down town area”

We are 2 adult wiht 2 kids, the sofa bed can become 2 singl bed, each kid can sleep individual, the room is quite big, toilet and show room is seperated, this save our time for the rush morning. Hotel location is in the edge of the town,to my surpris, i found a night market nearby, a small amusment park, kids have great fun there.

This hotel is located close to the old town centre and close to supermarket. Has underground car parking which I think cost 20 euro a day but for the location is helpful if you have lots of bags. Clean and friendly staff. But the breakfast is a bit pricy. Easy short walk to the old town. Does not have any laundry service.

Pros: 1) Convenient & secure underground car park 2) good location to walk through the old town 3) bathroom was very clean, the best Mercure that we have stayed Cons: 1) the lift seemed not to be very stable so we ended up walking the stairs sometimes.

had a comfortable & pleasant stay, had an early departure (6am) & staff had breakfast ready for us before we left. So close to everything....tourist info, old town, shops

Not flexible & helpfull”

I would like to cancel this booking due to the train tcket sold out. I could not go Colmar and check in. Explained to the hotel but hotel insist to charge me the full room rate. BAD !!

Mercure Colmar needs to improve the politeness of the receptionist ( carolina ) . She was not friendly & impolite to us during our two nights stay in Mercure Colmar. Whenever we asked questions , she did not answered it politely and rude to us. Hopefully this will not happen again in the future.

Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel qui faisait suite à des séjours antérieurs à l'Hôtel Ibis Centre à Colmar. Les chambres sont plus spacieuses et le wi-fi gratuit est très appéciable.

Zentral zur Innenstadt-ruhig-renoviert”

Etwas kleine Zimmer, aber frisch renoviert. Frühstück ok... insb. wenn man Käse mag. Parkgarage etwas versteckt, da Zufahrt über Fußgängerzonenzugang. Ab 19:00 großer Parkplatz -30m entfernt- ohne Gebühr, Sonntags frei

Schnelles Check in und out ,freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere moderne , aber nicht sehr grosse Zimmer, kann etwas laermig sein von der Strasse.

Ideale Lage des Hotels, nahe der Weihnachtsmärkte ”

Zimmer Preis/Leistung ok. Dank der guten Lage ist die Innenstadt (Altstadt) gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auto wird dafür nicht benötigt. Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte oder für Geschäftsreisende angenehm.

Schlechte alte Möblierung. Unfreundlicher Service. Man fühlt sich nicht sehr wohl, alles wirkt kühl auch das Personal.

Nettes Hotel”

Das Hotel erscheint sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Haben uns ein nettes Restaurant für Dinner empfohlen und auch gleich die Reservation vorgenommen. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist echt genial. Einerseits sehr ruhig und trotzdem in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis eher am oberen Ende - aber ok.
