Perfect Location”

Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Lumen, it was soooo accessible, smack in the 1st arrondissement with quick walk to the Louvre and shops on Rue de Rivoli, champs elysee, eiffel tower and other attractions were also easily accessible. Love this hotel and the staff were so courteous and friendly. Would definitely return.

Great hotel, perfect location”

I had a great time at hotel Lumen. Museum Louvre is 5 minutes away. Around the hotel, lots of nice shops. If i go to paris again, i'll stay this hotel.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. A little noisy, but not bad.l for Paris. Very clean and modern rooms. Great bed and blackout curtains. Not my favorite aesthetic, but high quality. Staff was excellent at all times. Ring the bell to enter at night. 5 minute walk to the Louvre and the park surrounding. 3 minute walk to the metro.

Exceptional”

Sebastian, Don, Maven and Yassine have been very helpful in making my stay comfortable. Sebastian has gone through extra mile to get me some tourist Information. This is five star class. Don and Maven have made sure that i get my hot cup of chocolate when i come for breakfast. Yassine has made sure that i get a room after the train strike happened suddenly that required me to return to Paris a day ahead. And Raul for coordinating the above with Yassine. There are many hotels in Paris being a City with thousands of hotels in total. I am glad that i choose this hotel. I am glad that they gave me rooms in historically significant floors. Being interested in Interior design, history and architecture, i am very thankful of these room assignments. Thank you, gentlemen. The lady cleaners have also been very good in keeping my room clean and tidy when i return. Thank you, Ladies. 💐💐

Wonderful Stay!”

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumen. The reception staffs speak perfect english and was very helpful in accommodating our needs and requests. Rooms are clean and carry great amenities (we had complimentary Hermes toiletries during our stay). Their complimentary breakfast are exceptional, always stuffs with fresh seasonal fruits, delicious bakeries and great selection of cheese and meat. High Recommended!

Great hotel, in a very convenient location, close to main attractions: Louvre, museums, parks, restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanness, comfort and quality.

Business and Pleasure ”

Great location, easy to walk or get metro to all main sights. Nice hotel, not many facilities but you don't need any when on weekend trip to paris. Nice Rooms nice Building. We had one major problem with the bathroom when we were there which resulted in our having to move rooms ! however the hotel could not have handled this better. Well done Hotel Lumen.

Excellent stay”

Just as expected for the price I paid. Staff were very polite even though my French is atrocious. Location about 10min walk from Louvre. Gets a bit quieter at night as compared to the other districts. Restaurant food was good (price was abt 50 Euros - starter, main course, dessert and wine)

Pros: -4 mins walk to the tuileries garden where u can reach Louvre and see the eiffel tower n arc du triomph. -8 min walk to Place Vendome (Ritz hotel and all the fancy namebrands) -2 mins walk to the bus going to the la vallee village outlets -5 mins to Big Bus hop on hop off Cons: -no good restaurants within 5 min walk

Doing the tourist thing in Paris so just needed room to sleep, shower, shave and this worked out. Close to a tube station, Louvre, Central Paris

The decoration of the hotel is very classy. Location is perfect, in 1st arrondissement, walking distance to lots of spots. Breakfast is good, I ate many pastries. Staff are helpful and nice. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

It was a lovely stay, would return when in Paris again! It has good breakfast, rooms are comfy and location 60m from Pyramides metrostation!

Good location, nice breakfast and helpful staff”

The rooms and hotel grounds were well kept and the service staff was helpful for all of our questions. The buffet style breakfast had a good selection and was delicious. Being located near the Pyramides Metro sta. made it easy to move around as well.

Overall experience ”

Booked this hotel for our anniversary. I sent an email before hand to the hotel staff requesting if they can do something special for my wife as it was our anniversary on the 31st. Even some chocolates or a small cake would be nice. We never got anything sent to the room! I rang reception asking whether they got my email i was advised they would have a look and get back to us. But never got a call back. Check in experience was a nightmare. We got there and were waiting half an hour to then be told there is a new software system thats why check in is slow. It would have been nice to know this soon as we got there. After that experience we chose not to interact with reception staff. Breakfast was ok.. could have had better choices for vegetarians.
