The room was huge and clean, with very basic amenities but enough for me.
The room was big and clean and the hotel located a just a few minutes walking from the main road in Labuan Bajo.

Clean, friendly, comfortable ”
The best place to stay all around! Clean sheets and bathroom, amazing water pressure (even too much pressure in the bum gun haha but you can adjust this easily from a little knob next to the toilet) and hot water in the shower. They would always fill our water bottle when we asked and if we had an early wake up before dive trips we would preorder our breakfast from the staff and they always delivered it on time to our room with a smile. Aziz is very responsive, such a lovely person and helped us with all our queries. You can WhatsApp him your flight number and eta and they will pick you up from the airport. And drop off. Great value for money.

Warm welcome, good price and location, top staff!”
We stayed with Aziz in september 2019 and had a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The room was big and clean and the hotel located a just a few minutes walking from the main road in Labuan Bajo. Aziz helped us plann our round trip on Flores and suggested a driver who ended up driving us around the island. You can tell he realy loves to be a host and he took the time to tell us about the wonderfull island he lives on.

Exceptional”
Great place to stay in Labuan Bajo, can't imagine a better base to explore the Komodo are from. The rooms are big and clean, the panorama is nice from the balcony. Breakfast was quite simple but good and big enough to start your day with. The staff, especially Aziz was extremely helpful in arranging our programs, including a cruise to Komodo National Park and a private boat for snorkeling on Kanawa island. Would definitely stay here again, I hope we will.

I will choose this hotel in Labuan Bajo next time and every time. Big room with extremely cozy bed. You can take a nice shower there and then have a good sleep. The friendly staff will bring the breakfast to your room. The price is reasonable

Great base for Komodo ”
Huge room, great fast WiFi and they can arrange tours for you! We did the 5 night 4 day tour! They kept our suitcases while on tour! Was amazing! Also booked our flights back to Bali - nothing too much trouble!

It is a little bit out of the center but everything is on walking distance. They helped with booking a tour which was good value for money. The have cheap laundry service. Everything is really clean. The accomodation would get 3 stars in my opinion compared to other places. To upgrade the place i would build a small breakfast/restaurant/bar building. They have the space. I wish all my hotels were like this one.

The best hotel staff and hospitality”
As written by most other people, i saw the hotel staff who were least money minded. They offer you free trips to airport. Good price for motor bike rents with fully filled petrol tanks. When I extended the stay, they offered cheaper prices than Agoda. Almost 20% cheaper. They set up inexpensive tours for us as I checked it against the prices of other travel agencies. Their hotel balconies are the best places to relax. They pack free breakfast for your morning trips. Very kind indeed!

Recommended if you are searching for accommodation not so close to the harbour”
The room is spacious and the two beds are comfortable. The pick up is also on time from the airport, our flight was slightly delayed. We rent the motor cycle from the hotel, they provide it and the price is OK. The AC was not so cool though and we had water problem, the hotel staff forgot to switch on the water supply. It's very annoying as I was already in the bathroom and had to wait for more than 15 min to get the water running. The breakfast was not much, the choice between pancake (only 1) or toast bread with scramble egg, coffee or tea, not enough to fill you up. Definitely still hungry afterwards. Initially, it's difficult to contact the hotel mobile number to get information as no reply on the WhatsApp (not even read). We were not sure whether we can get picked up from the airport and rent the motorcycle. However, it turned out that everything worked out fine.

I and my boy friend Love this hotel. They Have very extrem friendly staf (Ricardo) help us and care during our stay. When I extend my two nights They gave me very low and Good price better than I book by Agoda. The place was quite little far away from the town. Every morning the house keeping asking tO make up our room. No mosquito and No insect inside. Very highly recommend

Great staff, good communication. 3rd floor rooms good”
Make sure to get a 3rd floor room cause those are the only ones with hot shower. You won't see the bay but you won't be woken by the mosques in town either. Still close within 15min walk. Staff gave everything to make our 2 day boat tour happen when we faced some issues and stored our luggage free of charge. Thank you!

Nice place to start to explore Komodo islands”
The place is quiet, a few minutes walk from the main street. The rooms are spacious and clean with decent breakfast provided. We stayed here for two nights before and after our Komodo islands tour and enjoyed our stay.

Modern and tidy, a little way out of the main drag of Bajo”
This modern hotel is about 1 km south of the main drag of Labuan Bajo. It makes up for this 15 minute walk with well apportioned rooms, free breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi was a bit intermittent but the weather was stormy at the time. We only stayed for 1 night prior to a boat trip. The rooms have a nice view over the hills.

Great for short term stay”
We stayed here before taking an island boat trip round Komodo National Park. The hotel is in a relatively quiet location about 5 minutes from the main road running through Labuan Bajo where the restaurants, banks, shops and tour operators are located and which is very noisy. The rooms are very basic but clean and have hot water showers. There is a choice of breakfast served in your room . The staff are all really helpful and friendly and gave us a lift to the nearby airport when we were leaving.

Good if you‘re doing daily trips or looking for liveaboard”
+ One of the cheapest accomodations we saw on agoda. Most of the other hotels in labuan bajo is more expansive. For 1 up to 3 nights it‘s good. With your own small terace where breakfast will be served. It is good and you’ll even get some pieces fresh fruit. Stuff will clean the room, if you want to. Stuff and owners are always friendly and funny! - you‘re not at the mainroad, but for us a 10min walking distance is still really good. Towels seem to be more or less fresh, but after they get wet once, they don‘t smell normal/ good anymore. Something like the toilet flush was broken, flushing is still possible, but it goes on and on constantly all the time. Bathroom was not so clean

Great budget hotel”
If you need to spend a night or two, this is the best option. People who work there are friendly and helpful. They will make you feel welcomed and provide everything you need. Breakfast is free and delivered to rooms. Free airport pick up and drop off. If you need a ride to any place, they can provide it as well for a reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I didn't enjoy the bathroom much but still would go back to the hotel. It is a bit further from the centre and still a walking distance. If I go again to Labuan Bajo, won’ t spend time searching for another hotel for sure.

Good value budget hotel”
While the price is high for Indonesia it is good for this area. The room was basic but confortable. Good option if you want more privacy & luxury than a hostel but don't want to pay the price for an upmarket hotel. There is a great cafe/spa with pool round the corner so you can lounge by pool there if you wish.

Lovely hotel”
We loved the staff who were so kind in helping us set up a tour. The breakfast was delivered to our room so we could sit in the room and enjoy. The room is large and clean. We slept well in the quiet troom. The shower could use an upgrade but aside from that it was a nice room. We enjoyed the patio sitting area. not too far walk from town maybe 5-10 min
