A good hotel for simple person”
This is a good hotel to stay if you're not a picky person. It offers a basic room to sleep and rest. Don't put high expectation to get a spotless clean, or Instaworthy room. The room that I stayed is a bit small. As a muslim, it is hard to perform solat due to limited space. The bathroom just look similar with village house 's bathroom. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I stayed here for 2 night. Overall I feel satisfied and will comeback in future.

Old but clean with friendly staff”
Terrific location in the middle of town, walking distance to the cinema. Parking is free for hotel guests, but is separate from the building in a lot behind the building. A little run down, but clean and well maintained. Rooms have strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Hotel KT Mutiara”
The building and facilities are old but clean. Amenities are very basic but adequate. Hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre with various banks within walking distance. Chinatown is also about 5 to 7 minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel has its own carpark and parking is free for guests.

Water pressure low. Difficult to shower. Aircond not cold even at lower temperature. Request single bed but get queen bed. Overall just ok suitable with the price.

Really Aged Hotel, Avoid top floor rooms”
My room is 414, top floor without window, right next to lift and pumping room, whole night keep hearing knocking piping, water pump kicking and humming sound! Demanded for room change but stated full house. The aircond is awful dirty like 5 years never service and with heavy bad cigarette odors. My wife got sick the next day check out. We unable to have a good rest and sleep at all!

Room doesn’t cleaned at all, room full of dirt and can see spider web. The location is bad as well, you can hear a lot noise, from people speaking to bird chipping all the way.
