City center and accommodating staff”

The price is a bit high but the location is good as it is at the city center itself. The staff are very accommodating with our requests. The guards are courteous and helpful as well.

Jury’s still out. First night on a five-night stay and already having minor issues. TV did not work because someone unplugged it from the hidden outlet. The water heater for the shower needed to be reset (quite an elaborate process for the uninitiated) so I ended up taking a cold shower. Breakfast service was uncoordinated and I had to beg their attention for about 30 minutes just to bring me coffee and my plate got cold during the wait. There are four floors and no elevator. Staff at desk and door are courteous and very helpful. The room and furnishings are aesthetically appealing, and it also smells good. House keeping did an excellent job. I think I’m beginning to enjoy my stay.

airport transfer is good. the driver is commendable. food is fine.

I believe I did not get what I deserve at that price. I got a deluxe room from 4 floors up. We requested for an extra bed, however the extra bed has no support, just really a bed. The room smells. The water in the shower is so cold and water is so little. We literally have showered from little drippings of very cold water. We did not have time to complain as we have been very busy. Wifi connection at first was limited, we needed to tell it to them thrice before they solved the problem. Breakfast was okay. Although we paid for three people, we were only given 2 free breakfasts. service was quite slow even though i believe they are overstaffed.
